What do you like best about CallRail?

I like the amount of data callrail gives us as well as the intergrations with multiple platform like Google ads. Its also easy to get clients to use it and leave feedback on the calls. My business would not be where it is without it. Customer support is always helpful and fast to respond as well. Ive been using it for 3 years now and will continue to do so

What do you dislike about CallRail?

Alot of the extra features are a bit pricey and it can add up, but the cost is worth it for what you get back in terms of data

Knowing what works in terms keywords that generate calls and also understanding and showing clients the quality of the leads

It allows me to rotate different phone numbers for the business. I also know in advance when someone is contacting me from website.

I do not have any current downsides to CallRail. They are used to track my incoming calls and know how customers are reaching my business.
