This is all in one platform including Text campaign, voice broadcast, email campaign (currently in beta) and P2P. CallHub is helping us to reachout our Patients. Also we are sending appoinment updates by using voice broadcast.
This is best tool. I never came any cons such as till now.
Before we used to send appoinment updates one by one, after started to use CallHub we are sending bulk SMS updates to patients very customized way. Also we are sending Voice broadcast to get patient feedback about the service.
it has a very simple UI where the user can Independently do a campaign without any support. also, this is all one tool. we can send SMS campaigns, Email campaigns, Voice broadcasts, and many more.
It's a bit costly. apart from that I couldn't see any Cons here.
When I'm sending outbound emails, I didn't get a response from Prospects then when I start sending SMS campaigns over CallHub I got many leads. it mostly helped us to generate the leads.
Callhub is easy to set up, user-friendly (most people in my phone bank are not tech-savy) and allows us to reach more people, fast!
The language barrier. Most of the tools and support system is built for English speaker, but I knew that coming in.

I haven't been with them that long and setting up a call script, I wish there were options to save scripts mid-way through creating them instead of making sure all branches make sense and going through to the end. But this is minor and we have really learned how best to draft scripts.
We have 23,000 alumni and one of the ways we like to get in touch with them is through phone channels. However, with the advent of robo and scam calling, phone isn't as effective a channel for alumni fundraising as it once was. CallHub makes out outreach scaleable. We love the texting features and budgeting calls and other touchpoints with credits. It's cost-effective and efficient.
The solutions they offer for communication automation are available on a functional and easy to manage platform, we noticed results from the very first campaign we launched with CallHub. We are now monthly subscribers and we could not be happier with the results.
Nothing to dislike, they have a normal etiquette for customer support.

I have very few dislikes about this platform, it has been a better experience than other peer-to-peer texting options. I do think there could be improvement in reporting capabilities.
Give yourself at least a day or two to get comfortable with the platform. Consider assigning one person to learn it thoroughly and then guide your team.

Some limitations on the ability to easily manage large volume of calling agents that required customer support intervention. Support was responsive and issues were resolved in a timely manner.

CallHub customer support is simply amazing. I was having an issue activating my account for first use and they promptly assisted me into this. Furthermore, I love how CallHub SMS Custom Sender ID helped us consolidate our branding by having our phone number replaced by the company's name for the promotional campaign that we sent via SMS.
The pricing is a little to high, to be honest, compared to local and even other bulk SMS providers.
