I liked the interface of the backend of CallFire the most. It is really easy to use and really intuitive.
I disliked the fact that we ended up changing our short-code after having it for several months.

Fast and easy process that's what I like best about it. It helped me interact with our members to attend our bargaining sessions. We also shoot them a message about recent updates that happened and more real time updates rather than having to go through new media outlets.
Nothing I dislike about Call Fire. It's very helpful and easy to use. I would say it has helped improve our organization. We had trouble in the past trying to engage with our members and now it's more of a communication preference we would choose over any other software we used in the past.
I would recommend this software to any organization that needs to be able to be active with communication towards members, community, & other various groups associated with our organization.
