Call Cap has a great customizable dashboard.

The way that my company titles its hotels cannot be conveyed properly.

What do you like best?

The ability to track our marketing efforts is easy with tracking numbers and we have the ability to screen calls for quality assurance.

What do you dislike?

Reporting can be a little difficult. Custom reports don't always match up with reports pulled from the system.
