What do you like best about Callbell?

The clear and straightforward interface is designed, built and evolving with a sales or support agent workflow in mind. Easy to set up and manage. Close support in our language with precise knowledge of the Latin market needs.

What do you dislike about Callbell?

Not a dislike but analytics can be easier to understand; the modules sometimes are tricky. Not a downside, just a thing to develop better.

What problems is Callbell solving and how is that benefiting you?

Optimizing with a professional tool a centralized resource to attend better in quality and time our digital messaging channels, especially WhatsApp. It helps us go to the next level in performance and sales support, passing to them the technical task required to set up the official social channels.

Check the costs for all the social media DM channels as well as Whatsapp - some have add-ons costs.

We needed a solution that allowed us to add Whatsapp to our website and have multiple agents in different locations manage the resulting sales enquiries. CallBell solved that, opening up a new communication channel that our clients were demanding.

What do you like best about Callbell?

Callbell is a great application for my taste, it has served me quite a bit, because it has served us to do things better, because communication is a fundamental part of business growth, the application allows you to go testing the functions it has, it integrates almost perfectly with Whattsapp bussines and facebook, is a new work experience, which had never been implemented, I love how it is implementing more and more things because every time it becomes more unique.

What do you dislike about Callbell?

Really Callbell to this day has not given us inconvenience or displeasure, on the contrary every time we learn new functions we get hooked more with it is incredibly fantastic and adapts to our work needs.

I recommend you to try all the platforms with which callbell has because it has many social networks that has been adding little by little, with this application you will maintain direct contact with your customers in an easier way, help companies to grow organizationally, is a privilege to have this great software.

What do you like best about Callbell?

A really useful platform, because it makes our communication very effective, since we use it to communicate directly with clients who are far away and thanks to the fact that we unify it with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business, we do it in real time. Managing it is very easy and it's free.

What do you like best about Callbell?

I really like Callbell, because I feel that we are in total synchrony with each client that is part of us. We implemented Callbell as a trial period and since then it has remained with us, since it has comfortable and easy to use functions. In addition, its integration with WhatsApp Business guarantees us constant communication with customers and makes all the work with them develop in a way that we had not experienced. We feel we love Callbell.

What do you like best about Callbell?

Support with other platforms is the strong point of callbell, it is very useful and is a very intuitive product. In addition, I like how easy it is to configure with other platforms such as Whatsapp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook. Having a product like Callbell makes my life much easier, it helps me to have everything in one place and its configuration complications.

What do you like best about Callbell?

This software is phenomenal, because it allows us to communicate directly and associate our main social network accounts to be able to communicate from our mobile devices, and that has helped us a lot, because we do not need to be in front of a computer. What do you like best?

Callbell is a really intuitive software, because it adapts very well to the communication needs that all companies expect to achieve with customers, and being very fast, the union with all social networks becomes very effective, it is also very solid and we use it to achieve direct communication with our customers and solve all the details they have in mind. Every person who uses Callbel has a special affection, because it has generated good expectations for us.

We have no complaints about Callbell, as it is a very necessary software to maintain reliable and direct communication with customers. So far we have not had complaints, it is also free and we will not spend large amounts of money. We are happy with its implementation and we hope to maintain its effectiveness.

What do you like best about Callbell?

I like that its main strength is the integration with the most current social networks at this moment, because the communication with our clients is more focused and comfortable.
