What do you like best about Call Loop?

The most helpful thing is it Create and sends personalized SMS text messages directly to your subscribers! Fast and easy!

There is nothing that I do not like so far with this program!

The fact that it can Send voice broadcasts to mobile and landline phones in seconds. That's super helpful

Call Loop helpful, in guiding me through the onboarding process. Always goes above and beyond to assist me with their seamless integration with HubSpot allows me to effortlessly manage all my marketing needs.

Call Loop provides features such as ringless voicemail, texting it inconvenient to ensure compliance with carriers. the platform lacks uniqueness in phone numbers. Some users might find it problematic

HubSpot integration could be improved.It is not consistent with the HubSpot which is sometime time consuming.

"Timely Reminders: Call Loop an innovative solution"
What do you like best about Call Loop?

We organise public courses and sending reminders post the regsitration was tedious task due to manual process followed. The best feature for our post registration activities was voice broadcasting. This helped us to send timely reminders, saving time from manual calling to large number of clients.

What do you dislike about Call Loop?

I did not find anything that I dislike. The user interface is easy to use. IT team seem to implement it into our business process faster than expected. I have not used any other product to give you a comparitive review.

What problems is Call Loop solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our post registrations were not automated and everything was run manually. We were looking for tool which could optimise this partcular process. Voice Broadcasting was one such feature that helped us scale the process time. We are yet to check their SMR marketing feaure which is another tool that we are looking for.

What do you like best about Call Loop?

it's one of the easiest ways to set up SMS messaging sequences and get in touch with users. definitely a powerful tool for one-on-one communication. if you have email and other modes of communication set up, collecting cell #s should be part of the strategy as well since email can be a bit unreliable.

What do you dislike about Call Loop?

the shortcode programs are highly regulated and that's definitely a good thing. but as a result, you need to have great customer service to make sure you're not making mistakes if you're starting from scratch. sometimes with a larger company like callloop that can be a bit of luck of the draw in terms of onboarding and getting the support you need.

Recommendations to others considering Call Loop:

just make sure that you're complaint with the mobile carriers and you're having your initial language vetted by experts to ensure there are no issues

being able to communicate directly with consumers in a way they're very likely to see and respond to - people almost always check their texts when compared to emails

What do you like best?

It's very easy to use. I like that the platform has a feature that shortens links for me so I can use as many characters as possible in my messages. I also like that I can manage many different lists from one account, and can send bulk messages to each list.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that the auto-reload feature for credits only works for broadcasts and not follow ups. Also, I am unable to split the lists in a manner to do testing for copy and any links associated with broadcasts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

One thing to note is that the phone number your messages come from can overlap with other companies, and it is expensive to purchase a unique phone number. Also, I recommend purchasing a keyword per year, so you can use long-term!

We are able to automate SMS responses and build a list that reaches customers in a new way. We are able to create more value for our customers because of it. SMS has allowed us to reach our more engaged customers, which is really cool.

What do you like best about Call Loop?

Can send personalized information/voicemail/emergency message and messages in bulk with people. It can be integrated with most of broadcasting platform. We can use it for our campaign.its also easy to use

What do you dislike about Call Loop?

For me it's so expensive. Its getting a bit costly. Also some Integration issue like management of list, importing data(sometimes)
