"Good way for call tracking"
What do you like best about Call iQ?

Call iQ is simple to set up, recordings in good quality and without taking up too much memory. Good technical support.

What do you dislike about Call iQ?

Although honestly almost everything I like about this simple software, maybe I do not like its pricing plans so much, that's why we are not currently using it. For more than 10 lines, prices rise considerably.

What problems is Call iQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I used Call iQ, it allowed me a good follow-up of our telephone service technicians, being able to control at all times if they were acting correctly in our telephone service to support the student
