Calibermind has played a essential role for NS1 by providing essential insights into the attribution of all our marketing programs. A major project they assisted us in creating was a scoring model for our accounts, which evaluates and assigns scores to accounts based on their engagement levels. Calibermind collaborated closely with our teams to create highly customized models, proving invaluable in helping us pinpoint areas where we should concentrate our marketing and sales efforts. Their partnership with NS1 over the years has been truly invaluable.
Calibermind has been instrumental to NS1 in showing attribution of all marketing programs. In addition, they helped us create a scoring model for our accounts that measures and scores accounts based on their interaction level (which combines data from Rollworks, Outreach, Salesforce and GA). This scoring model helps us identify which accounts should receive top of funnel ads vs. middle of funnel vs. bottom funnel. This scoring updates automatically on a nightly basis which also moves the accounts from the different playbooks in Rollworks. In 2023 we had a need to create funnel models for both new logos and existing customers to see whee gaps were in conversion rates and timelines between funnel points. They worked with our teams to fully customize the models which was invaluable to us in determining where we should focus our marketing and sales efforts. They have been a true partner to NS1 for several years.
There is a lot of data available which can be a bit intimidating to start with. However, their customer support team is excellent in enabling you to utilize all of the material to your advantage.

The funnel models have also helped us realize which parts of the funnel are more impacted by marketing touches vs sales touches allowing us to manage spend and resources more effectively.

Calibermind has been our one spot for all the events on the customer journey. Before we only had partial data and it was spread across many systems. Now our data is much more complete and in one location. This ability to understand the customer journey and dig into the specifics has been invaluable.
Calibermind definitely has its own learning curve and really getting the most out of it takes some time but I think we have found that to be worthwhile and the more we use it the more we find out we can do. We have also found that we can migrate other reports to keep them in one central spot.

It is also really giving us our first view into influence, in addition to our standard attribution model. One of the biggest reasons we chose CaliberMind was the ability to view engagement across all contacts at an account, not limited to those contacts with Opportunity Roles. This has given us a much deeper set of insights into marketing campaign performance than we could have with Salesforce. In addition, by pulling information from our marketing tools and website independently of Salesforce, we are able to get a view of engagement outside of just SFDC Campaign membership.
The original interface can be a bit tricky to navigate with custom fields, but that made a huge stride forward with the addition of Insights powered by SiSense and the customizations available there. Some of the additional features like data normalization and lead routing would be best for a team with SQL knowledge, a gap within our team where we need to rely on the CaliberMind team to support. For us, these were not our primary use case.
Our biggest challenge was in understanding the influence of marketing spend on accounts. Like many orgs, our sales team has not been historically strong in it's use of Contact Roles on opportunities, which greatly limited our view of campaign impact when relying solely on SFDC data. SFDC report limitations also restricted our ability to see the impact of multiple campaigns on personas. CaliberMind has given us the ability to look at multiple people in an org and see where they engaged, and how our marketing programs are touching people across the accound at different stages.
