Previously, I would ask the client to propose a couple of preferred dates and times for our call or meeting. With Calendly, the client is able to select from a range of data and times, streamlining the process and saving so much time.

There is not much to dislike about Calendly. There are minor improvements that could be made such as expiring the links to appointments after a certain time period

Calendly is an excellent timesaver by removing the mundane task of arranging to meet with clients and saving our team lots of time

Calendly helps me plan my time and update my calendar, so I don't miss an appointment. There are workflows to send reminders and follow up contacts to engage participants.

Having to plan one-off meetings isn't as easy as scheduling other availability.

Calendly makes it easy for students to schedule appointments without back and forth on the phone or email. The ability to send reminders and follow up questions are helpful too.

I am often trying to schedule with dozens of clients at the same time. Rather than emailing times, correcting double bookings, etc, I now just send a link!

I teach Calendly to my clients because it has the free option.

I save so much time using Calendly for my own business (I have a paid account)

My business model involves clients who work with me to book their 121 business coaching slots and so I add thr link for them alongside the training and once they are ready they can book to suit them.

I also love thr reminder emails!

The last update wasn't great.

I occasionally have the need to send options to clients outside of normal 'available hours'

I can now not see how to create a one off at anytime I choose...

Calemdly saves me time getting those appointments booked as my clients can do themselves, also the reminders ensure I have no no-shows.

It is easy to use and sends me directly to my meetings in time with easy links.

Very easy to set up, follow up, and integrate with other systems

Being able to book meetings to my calender and integrate with other pipeline management and recording software.

I've never used another scheduling platform, so I can't say why it is better, other than, I have never needed something different. Calendly is great.

I can't think of anything to dislike about Calendly.

a little challenging to figure out how to incorporate team members in a hybrid team ( round robin scheduling)
