It has a lot of flexible options and features that allow us to customize it to our specific needs. With a LOT of integrations, CalendarHero really helps us save time when setting up bookings with our customers. It's also really competitively priced.

While it's easy to use the interface looks a bit outdated (both in the backend and the frontend) and would benefit from a redesign. The backend usability suffers a bit with the design but once you get used to it, it's really easy to use.

The time invested in learning the backend interface is well worth it and the software will become EASY to use after just a few hours of use.

Did it easier way to edit meetings after they have got out the link should always be accessible

Meeting scheduling and keeping everybody on task is very easy.

The best feature for me is being able to add dates directly to the emails. This has helped me get scheduling done much quicker. Scheduling is a big part of my job. This app simplifies it all.

I wish you could see more than just 3 days when adding dates to emails. This will give clients more choices without having to click outside to the app.

I love the feature to schedule multiple people, whilst prioritising VIP attendees for meetings. It has solved a lot of scheduling nightmares for me!

This is the only Calendar/Scheduling program I know of that has a free version with integration for more than one calendar (for example, work and home). The customizable options, even with the free version, are more than adequate to meet my needs.

Every once in a while, the app would "lose" my customized folder setting and I would have to go back in and fix it. This is very frustrating, as I don't know why it happens, and it has no discernible pattern as to when it happens. My folders just randomly "go away" until I log back in and reset them.

The problem I had was not having a way to get people to book appointments with me and have both my work and personal calendars included in their view of potentially available times and dates. Now, with CalendarHero, I no longer have this issue. It works very smoothly.

I like using CalendarHero. Have been using it before it changed name. It's very easy to use and has integration to Microsoft 365, which many other calendar scheduling tools don't. I find that I use Calendar with via MS Teams the most.

The only issue I've had is that embedding the sign up page into our website does not look the best.
