It helps me to keep organized; reminders make sure you do not forget any important meeting. Easy to use, clear and effective. I tried many similar calendars, ended up using this one.

The overrun meetings in the same meeting room. In our office we have 6 small meeting rooms with special names. Al the employees prefer the biggest one and there is always a line. Here I mention the venue - they see it is booked and pass by.

It is fully dependent on an internet connection, so if any problem with the internet or site it's very difficult to carry out our work. Need to pay for important features like Email reminders and daily agenda.

Time zone support is very helpful because it is automatically adjusted between different time zone and Printing/ PDF export also very helpful to carrying out daily works
