Love CakeBoss---Software AND Show

What do you like best about CakeBoss?

This software allows me to manage my entire business from a to z. It's an all in one convenient tool that lets me manage my day to day affairs as far as actual baking is concerned while being easy to navigate and understand.

What do you dislike about CakeBoss?

The only thing I dislike is not having enough time to use all of the features offered. It is quite extensive. There is a great feature of cake decorating tutorials which I would love to get into

Recommendations to others considering CakeBoss?

This software is a must try. So many new and interesting things to learn. You won't be disappointed if you're in the cake baking/decorating business.

What problems is CakeBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software allows me to cost out recipes to ensure my prices are fair for me and the customer. It also allows me to manage orders which is especially important during busy seasons, i e holidays, including special orders, pickup times and dates and deliveries.

Cake Boss - One of a Kind - A Lifesaver

What do you like best about CakeBoss?

This software has been an amazing benefit to our business. We have a home-grown cake baking company and this software has enabled us to keep track of costs, keep up with changes and charge for custom features. Truly a life saver.

What do you dislike about CakeBoss?

The interface looks a little archaic and could use a small update - but overall it is very clean and appealing.

Recommendations to others considering CakeBoss?

This is a great software for managing a cake baking company. Amazing, manageable and easy to use.

What problems is CakeBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to track costs spent and analyze the trends that we can comp the customer and give them extras. Now we can see exactly where our money is spent. We have been able to pass the savings we have found on to our customers and in turn our production has increased.

Nothing really about the program, but taking all my paperwork was a hassle.
