Cake Equity and their team - particularly Shannon - did whatever they could to onboard and help get me and my shareholders and advisors and employees all onboarded

It took a little while to figure out - but the team are there and ready to respond quickly and set up meetings to even onboard your shareholders for you! Superb!

Issuing Deeds, ensuring shareholders are accessing the latest shareholders agreements or ESOP plan. Even checking shareholder details or the price of the last round - it. Can all live seamlessly in Cake. Use their templates or your own and upload to send receive and review the shareholdings in your company. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone as it makes my life as Co-Founder, CEO and general secretary a cinch.

The platform is straightforward and intuitive, making ESOP and Cap Table management much easier. Throughout the last 6 months that we've been using it, I've also seen so many rapid improvements/new features that have made the platform even better!

The Customer Success team (in our case Shannon) provides exceptional support!

No major issues! The UX in some of the features can be slightly improved - but I've been seeing the team push out features constantly, that are solving these issues and making the platform better.

The time, cost and hassle that is removed using Cake is a gamechanger for investor funded ventures. The team regularly updates the platform and the service is impeccable.

Don't have too many active compliants really, there is of course little features I'd like or the minor glitch I hit like any software but they tend to get on to these quickly if/once reported

Dealing with equity management, capital raisings, options issues and vesting. It is largely about reducing the time and cost to manage all these properly. It also is making our equity work better for us by better connecting the option or equity holders to their investment/holding

The easy online management of my cap. tables and communication with shareholders is straightforward and saves a lot of time.

Cake Equity is super easy to use, and managing my cap table is pretty easy on an ongoing basis. Also I like the ability to keep investors updated. The team is also super helpful.

I could do with a few more features, as always, better folders, more communication tools, etc.

Not a dislike, but more a caution, to ensure the CEO, HR and potential advisors explain the story and don't altogether remove themselves from the introduction to new team members.

Cake is absolutely amazing. I use it everyday and is game changing.

Whether it's issuing options to the team, paying suppliers with SAFE notes or looking after share transfers.

What takes minutes with Cake would take months if had to do it the traditional way, whilst also be costly involving different legal advisors, etc.

Cake is ever evolving and it is a two way street with the development team who eagerly take feedback on.

I have made a few suggestions over the years and there implemented solutions are always far beyond my expectations.

Cake provides transparency to all stakeholders so they can see in real-time what their options / equity is worth, how much they own and access to company announcements.

Through its contract engine it also makes signing documents a breeze.
