The clean and simple user interface makes navigation and usage easier. Getting a snapshot of cash flow and tracking payments has become more straightforward. The documentation is very helpful for getting acquainted with the software, and the support team is responsive and available to assist you quickly. Overall, it's a great software for accepting payments with many customizable features. However, it would be even better if I could receive payment notifications on my phone.

Using this software has been a breeze for our finance team. They figured it out in no time. My clients also appreciate how easy it is to navigate through their payment portal. The minimalist design really adds to its user-friendliness. A major win for us has been Cadency's seamless integration with NetSuite, saving us a ton of time and making our invoicing and collections much more efficient.

The cherry on top is the payment link embedded in invoices, allowing clients to pay with just a click. While I haven't had much time with the software yet, I don't have any major complaints so far.

Cadency is a good small business AR solution. Its configurable dashboard, customizable invoicing templates, and payment reminder emails are a great addition.
