During deployment and critical activities when whole group or team is required it is very useful tool as it can be easily integrated with Rally and team updates are easy to post. Great tool for company internal communication.

Main challenge for the team was to update the information to all team members irrespective of geographic location. Cisco Jabber is not easy to use on Mobile. So team is using Flowdoc for business critical activities. This tool helped a lot and this way we are able to avoid public domain communication tools.

The laptop UI could benefit from enhancements and seems somewhat repetitive compared to other collaboration tools. Despite disabling pop-up notifications, they persistently appear, and the absence of a status setting hinders coworkers from knowing your availability. Additionally, formatting messages proves to be challenging within the interface.

The iOs app crashes sometimes, not reliable at all. Each click may take you to a new window and you can get lost easily
