I think the best part about C3 Metrics is being able to keep track of everything in real time. We are able to keep track of everyone and a multitude of billing in the process.

There aren't to many things I dislike about C3 Metrics. Some learning curve when you first begin but otherwise its a great program.

Make sure to research that if will fit you team size and output!

We are able to alleviate fraud within the team because of C3 Metrics. We can also pull reports and provide information more quickly as well as project the future based on being able to narrow our search to specific criteria.

The data we got out of the platform was solid, and very useful to our marketing decisions.

We experienced frequent platform outages, as well as tools within the platform that were either frequently or always broken. Account support could also be a bit lackluster. Some of the very junior account reps could be a bit rough around the edges.

I've heard they've improved the platform since - a lot of what they were missing was fairly basic stuff - just features working as advertised.

Fractional attribution - it helped us right-price awareness media, which is a major problem for most companies, as well as offering valuable data for more transactional campaigns.
