The portal is not mobile friendly. The customer support team is good but they can be better. This product is hard to use by beginners so you need I experience to use this seamlessly.

We use this for our CRM, forecasting, submitting sample requests to our ERP system. C2CRM has helped keep key stakeholders current regarding what is happening in the market and our business. It has streamlined many of our processes and provided much needed efficiencies.
It was able to be customized to meet the needs of our specific industry. It's also intuitive to a sales person making it a quick learn.
I would like to see an online or written guide book on how the different functions work so I don't always have to call and take notes.
We are an exhibit builder for customers going to tradeshows. C2 is the first software program that allows us to enter our client's show schedules and track them in the system. Our sales team must stay on top of upcoming shows. Shows drive everything we do. The mobile app is also great for our sales people walking tradeshows to be able to access our customer database.
They assign you a project manager who is very responsive, even after the original orientation.
The only downside is the inability to map correctly at this time.
They are always updating the product and we are often pleasantly surprised with changes.
Mackenzie, Lindsay and everyone at C2 worked with our CRM launch committee and still work closely with our team to ensure the system was customized for our platform and works flawlessly. It's been a fantastic experience and I wish we had chosen C2 sooner.
I don't have anything negative to say about using C2...maybe the weekly reporting could be improved but I'm working closely with Lindsay to make that happen.
ECA had never implemented a CRM, so executing with our team has been a hurdle. Our group meets each month with Lindsay and talks about lessons learned and what works best for us.
