The platform itself is great, and provides useful insight into how the ads are performing. Click and impression data are beneficial and gives us a good idea of the ad performance, and the ability to change creatives throughout the campaign proved useful as we decided to pivot to a new approach part way through.

The lack of conversion data. I feel this would be massively useful, as it's something that would give us clarity on the performance of the campaign where UTM tracking has let us down in the past.
