I liked that we could schedule the butterfly form and have it filled anonymously which makes the employees feel safe to share anything they think the company needs to improve or just to shout put and share positive thoughts!
I didnt have anything to struggle while using this feedback form. We had great reports and view of the whole team. It was very easy to follow the progress through out the whole year!
I would recommend this tool in any company
Being a part of a bigger company, we need to improve the process and motivation of the team. Buterfly was an amazing way to track everything and to benefit the work environment of the company
The fact that I totally can get an insight into how people really feel, as I'm not able to get their opinions always in person due to being a huge team. The team expresses them selfs on a bi-weekly survey and I get to understand where are the areas to improve management or any other area possible.
What helps a lot is the fact that is totally anonymous and people know that and are not afraid to speak up, as we know there are people that you can't convince to speak up due to you being their manager.
It has a pretty easy interface that does not need any training at all, being integrated with Slack is my favorite part since it is so easy for the team to get notified that there is a survey out that they are being asked to fill.
This is our first time on using this kind of platform, and I can't really think of something that would have been better. Not able to compare it!
We are giving the team members the space to express themselves without the headache that they will be judged subjectively at the end of the day, we get to understand a lot about micromanaging or things that they really like about the company. And we as management take this surveys very seriously, plus that it gives us the opportunity to be transparent with the top management.
This has been a great way for our leadership team to get insight on what our team may be feeling or struggling with. We have used the tool to address trends good and bad, while using feedback to tie into our value of always being transparent. Also the team from Butterfly is always helpful and responsive, with an extra big shout out to Simon and Henry who field a lot of special requests and usually find us a solution!
The tool has come a long way, however, there are 2 things that work but could be better. We have heard from our team is they don't give 10s as they have to scroll down via the Slack intergration (which is silly but UX input) and on admin side our CSM had to do a lot to get our reporting structure functional.
We want employees to be able to give us feedback in a space they feel comfortable being honest. It is not always easy to say not happy things and Butterfly makes it easy to let folks speak how they truthfully feel.
Butterfly has been a game changer for our company in providing data to understand what we are doing well as a team and what we can work on to improve the employee experience. The Butterfly team has been flexible in adjusting and customizing the platform to our specific needs. Whenever we have an issue, they are very responsive and work to resolve the problem promptly. They also provide training for our people managers and admins to ensure everyone has the tools and skills to analyze the data, reply to comments and create an action plan.
There isn't much that I would want Butterfly to improve upon! Any issues we've encountered all relate to our HRIS and our system settings. The Butterfly team is always willing and eager to work through the issues with us.
Butterfly allows us to hear from our whole team anonymously in order to better understand our strengths and opportunities as a leadership team. We create action plans based on the data and have been able to measure the success of those actions over time.
Other than selecting if you are satisfied or not, you can add comments and express yourself freely for any concerns or good things you cannot say in person.
Butterfly helps you get an idea of how satisfied is a group of people in different areas so you can plan and understand what and where you should apply any changes.
If someone is not satisfied with a certain area, adding a comment should be mandatory to understand why people don't feel good about something.
Butterfly helps us understand which areas we need improvement on, whether that is people-related, workflow-related, or anything else.
Sometimes people cannot express themselves in person, so they feel more comfortable answering some questions anonymously. This way, we have the opportunity to speak, share ideas or ask questions we don't have the courage to ask in person.
Super easy to use and intuitive interface. As a manager you quickly collect a lot of valuable insights about your team. How they feel, what can be done better. This is very actionable and immediate.
Honestly, I am pretty satisfied and convinced by the solution.
Staying in touch with a 150+ team of experts accross multiples disciplines and locations. Proactively identifying structural and cultural team challenges. The anonimity allow team to be mor eopen about how they feel.
Its a great and conviniet way to leave a review for your teamlead or manager. The whole review or feedback you are leaving for something its completly anonymous , you recieve a recap of your team how they responded , you can leave a detailed review about certain areas , what you like/dislike regarding the companys goal , team goals or whatever the case is , also very easy and convinient to you , you get setup by your company so you just recieve the link review on your email once in a month ( like we have it )
Sometimes it can get laggy when submiting the feedback causing the page to refresh so you will have to re-enter every score and feedback you left . Besides this bug everything goes fine and it does the job.
Feel free to leave your feedback here , checked multiple times , researched it over the internet is really anonymous leaving feedback , not even your team lead/manager/director has access to this to see who has wrote what , completly anonimous feedback you are leaving here , even tho if you get reply to your recap or to your question you will recieve it on your email with a direct link to the feedback reply , when replying here you can see who replyed to you but they cannot see who are they replying to.
We only use it as team/company review for certain areas , scoring about your working mood , leaving anonymous feedback to your manager/tl.

I would use this tool. I think it has been helpful to get a pulse on employee satisfaction and feedback. I like that you can stay anonymous, which can help encourage employee responses.
