The ease of use for the field and office is great. The mobile app is great for quickly adjusting schedules, clocking in and out for the staff and there are many way to customize the fields allowing us to make busybusy work for us the way we want to run our buisness.
Budgets, reports are extreamly usfull and provide insite into where time is being spent allowing us to build pollicies and practices that increas efficiency.
Customer supprot is the best! They are so responsive, and when I recomend features or ask questions they are extremly knolageable and are alway able to provide solutions, or work arounds. Probably my favorite thing about busybusy, the customer service.
1. There is no notification for time off requests which is very frustrating. We have had to ask the staff to let us know via text, email, phone call that they have requested time off so that we can provied them with a responce in a reasonable time frame. The dashboard has a tile that shows requested time off but in preactice when you log in you already have a task to do so you tend to not pay attention to the tiles unless you are just scanning the tiles to see what is there.
2. Basic menues, navigation can be smoother. When scheduleing, of manually imputing my time, the menues tend to fall off the screen, and can be sumwhat clucky. Definitly manageable and not that big of a deal but noticable.

Reminding our employees to change their projects and cost codes throughout the day
its eliminated us using paper time cards, its also make it easier to job cost per project based on employee time spent working on it.
I like that I can track my hours and that I can sign in and out with ease.
When I forget to sign out I have to leave a note that does not appear on the system.
Its making it easy to track everyones times and days worked.
There are many attributes of busy busy I like and it is hard to pin down what I like best. In no particular order I like the;

Quick "at a glance" time estimate comparison to time taken.
Easy Scheduling
Easyily rectifileable time entries.
Quickbooks intergration.
Exceptional Customer Service.
There is no apparent uniformity to the intervals in GPS reporting data.
Reliable accurate data. Self policing honesty in regards to timesheets (due to the gps data)
I like most everything about this App. It is user friendly and very accurate. I use it every week day. It has many features as well.
I honestly do not have any complaints. I have been using BusyBusy for some time now without any issues at all.
Since I began using BusyBusy the only issue I had was about timing. Once I was educated on how to edit timing I was on my way!

From an administrative perspective, it is a little complicated to view everything and the integrationg with Quick Books is not 100%
Busy Busy is allowing tighter financial control and time keeping per each individual jobsite/contract. This is allowing is less time theft and higher margins of profit. It is also lessened the paperwork requirements for all of my staff.
It is easy to use and user-friendly. Doesn't feel like a big corporate company and feels very personal like they genuinely care.
I would sometimes get calls from Busy Busy employers which seemed kind of annoying as I am very busy.

It is very easy to navigate, for upper management. I love the GPS tracker so we can see which job our crews are on. I manily use it on a pc for time management.
We have several employees that do struggle trying to to work through the app. But after they work it several times they semm to grasp how to use it.
We are working to integrate it with our payroll system.
