I do not think there is any defect in the software.

My company All accounting needs are completed with this software. All statutory returns like TDS, GST, ESI, and PF can be easily accessed. Maintaining stock is also very easy.

It help in invoicing and recording financial transaction in very user friendly manner. It also generate json file for GST return filing. It also help in inventory control to some extent.

I am using this software since 2013 and found bug free in all respects. Further, it's drag down feature from financial statement to voucher level is amazing..

It's overall look because it's dashboard is not so much attractive as compared to other. It's look is very old. Developer should look into this matter.

Its DashBoard should be changed..Its same sine long time. Further Graphical presentation should also be included for highe management understanding.

It is not free for all versions as there is cost involved in using this software.user interface is not easy to understand. Little expensive and complicated

Its tutorial videos are available. I can easily make ewaybill. Ican generate bill with GST Inclusive and Item wise GST in Busy. It gives us a facility to manage outstanding customer, pending payment list, reminders and so many other facilities.

Sometimes it has a functionality issue during the working reports. It does not support ETP's and time management system.

GST reports are so nice for the user to check there report every month without any help of any tax consultant. I have been using this software to create sale orders, invoices and using reports of forecasting.

It is affordable, easy to setup, has a lot of features, provides easy data backup, and user friendly, moreover it have a lot of features for small business to keep the books neat and clean and provides various other extensions for GST and ITR preparation and return filings.

There is nothing as such which i specifically dislike about it but its interface still have space for improvement.

Support for multiple ledger export and provide a yearly summary report of various reports such as profit and loss account will be of great help

Its simple and easy to implement, saves a lot of cost because it doesn't need that much cost to teach your employees the know how, it provides a one stop solution for various accounting needs.
