Buildium is a business saver

Buildium is a business saver. The ease of being on the beach and being able to monitor residents requests, send a contractor, pay the contractor and never pick up the phone. Even doing taxes is a breeze with the accountant getting their own portal and having access to the accounting they need. Applications, background checks, and even renters insurance all in one place. Keep it up guys.

The Best decision!

The Best decision! We switched from Promas to Buildium 5 years ago. Buildium is so much more user friendly. We have multiple property managers with their own portfolios, it's super easy to manage, use and it's all inclusive. I haven't looked at another system since because Buildium does everything and is always improving. Thanks for making this hard job that much easier.

Good morning I usually never write reviews about people, but Andrew Burrell. On board me with everything to get the ball going on your guy system and has answered most of my questions better than everybody else you have and it’s not his job to answer the questions. Also with the billing has been messed up since day one and he’s been trying to fix it ever since.

I've used many apartment managing…

I've used many apartment managing software's. Buildium is by far the best. It is user friendly for the residents, and power enough for management. Many features make it easy to email statements and balance due notifications. Financials are good and easy to import/export when needed. Maintenance tickets in the system are easy to manage and I like the ability to update the residents on progress and repair schedule. It makes us show that we are on our game and let them know that they are important and we are on our repairs. I could go on and on about the pros of Buildium. Highly recommend.

Buildium software sophisticated product

Buildium software is a very sophisticated product but can be used at any level of competency. The more features that you use the better it performs. Electronic payments, documents, leasing, all valuable aspects of this product. The integrations continue to add value plus training videos can help you get started and launch a very efficient process.

What do you like best about Buildium?

It keeps everything collected and in one place.

What do you dislike about Buildium?

When you click on say "end lease" you have to re-search the ledger you were on since there isn't a back button besides the Chrome browser one.

What problems is Buildium solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really Ed helped keep everything together so we can track payments and tenants.
