PROS: All information we need in the job is stored in this system and can be easily accessed. Generally, BuildingLink is our go-to software for storing documents.
CONS: I haven't experienced any serious issue using this platform. So far, everything is working perfectly.
PROS: It offers a mobile version, which I really love. Also, the platform can be customized according to the our needs. So you can really make the most out of this software.

PROS: The best thing about this product is its countless benefits online and offline. The updates are stored on both mobile and desktop. We can provide great customer service on the go. I can send emails and monitor the needs of each resident such as renovations etc.
CONS: There are some difficulties in printing and updating information. You need to refresh it every time an update is done.
PROS: I like how I can manage things on both my mobile and computer. It gives me easy access anywhere.

PROS: It is easy to learn how the app, both the website and mobile version, works. It improves the way we communicate with our staff and residents. Lastly, it is secured. They have a secure server so we have peace of mind storing our private information there.
CONS: We have to deal with many different hyperlinks when changing various details for similar unit and it is pretty time consuming. Improving this aspect will greatly help us.
PROS: I like how this software helps people like me who is not tech-savvy. I don’t need to be an expert to learn its feature. It’s manual is simple.

I like that everything is basically right there at your fingertips, literally. Every option on the screen is self explanatory and if you happen to get confused, all you have to know how to do is read.
Honestly, I haven’t found anything that I dislike about Buildinglink.com. As I said previously, it’s so easy to use even for someone like me who is not sure of themselves while using technology.

BuildingLink provides business benefits such as keeping my tenants packages and dry cleaning logged & organized so nothing can be misplaced or stolen. It also provides me residential access at the push of a button, meaning I can find phone numbers or any other pertinent information ASAP. The whole system/setup is a huge benefit. Organization is key. Everything from incident reports to the weather is all right there for you to access with ease.

PROS: For me, the best thing that this platform has to offer is its maintenance tracking module. It lets me create work tickets, contact maintenance technicians so they can resolve and close our a ticket. There are many other things that can be accomplished using this software and many other tools to use like the package tracking, which I haven't tried yet .
CONS: The platform set up is quite time consuming. They asked us for so many information. Apart from that, it's price tag is pretty expensive. But since this software offers a wide range of capabilities, you can just get rid of other existing association management solution you have (if there are any) to save some bucks. Actually, having this one expensive solution can be way cost-effective than purchasing different systems. Overall, it is worth our time and money.
