The most useful part of BuilFire, I have found, is the responsiveness of the team and how quickly our needs were met. Also, the very long list of plug-ins and how easy the back-end is to navigate.

The only issue I ran into was not being notified when our app was no longer available in the IOS app store due to changes I had made on the back-end. However, Demetrius and Ehab from buildfire were both very helpful in quickly resolving this issue and getting our app republished the next day!

We have needed a walking site map of our venue for years, which is where this project began. We needed something to help our guests navigate our intricate pathways and various food and drink offerings without confusing things. Our venue is already flooded with signage, and instructing staff to tell everyone where everything is accurate, was not working out for us. Buildfire has helped immensely in this by solving all of the listed problems; we now have a medium for guests to view a map as they walk, we have the ability to let guests view and order food from their phones, as well as all the functions as our website carries.

I like the fact they are always available to assist me and have walked me through the process from start to finish.

Buildfrire is a great platform to develop your app. It is a great to have a liaison between you and Google and Apple. If there are any issues, they are there to help (and often do needed behind the scenes submissions for you). It is great to have them as a resource. Also when building your app they have the same level of service to help guide you on choices and technical questions.

You have to test to see if things are working on your app. This is not a complaint, but a reality in app development. Although there platform works out of the box, you still need to test and make sure the user experience is solid. This is not a fault of buildfifre, but a reality with app development.

I want an app for my business to allow for "habit formation"... apps are great for that.

There is very little in the Buildfire platform that cannot be changed through custom CSS and the project managers and their teams are always willing to try and figure things out.

You become locked into the Buildfire platform, which to an extent, is not necessarily bad. Also, there is not an easy place to have new plugins developed - it would be great to have a service where you could pay for them to develop a custom plugin.

They are helping us to distribute training materials to delegates and are allowing us to build new connections.

Customer service is fantastic. They're prompt and most of all patient.

Nothing. The only thing that would enhance the experience would be click-and-drag options for formatting; or a workflow of the app screens (similar to XCode)
