Streamlining all information into one platform

I have compared other CRMs and they are not as inrtactive and honestly visually organized as Buildertrend. The app experience is fantastic too.

Certain features in the past taken away. Our accounting team knows better of what they missed.

The ease of the platform! Everything to run the job is at your fingertips no matter where you are. The customers love being able to see progress with pictures, view invoices, ask questions, approve change orders.

Not any dislikes so far, everything seems to be running smooth

Scheduling Features in addition to the "To-Do's. Cost Tracking is done well for the limited services that we are currently using. This platform is very user friendly. Overall Project management out does the competition

The worst part of this platform is the limited capabilities of the finance section. Allow the users with a limited service contract the ability to Run Cost reports that are as friendly as the rest of the system.

They are looking into the inability to change the purchase orders after approval. It helps me track expenses effectively. They have added some finance reporting features that is essential to our organization's needs.

I like that everything is all in one place. In the past, I've seen PM software where there are only a few features, so you would need to have to subscribe to multiple software to get everything BT offers.

BT doesn't really have an option for subcontracts, their form is basically to make a PO for a subcontractor. Its a bit of a workaround but still gets the job done.

Ease of use and functionality. BT has everything you need to run a successful construction job from start to finish. From bidding the job, to issuing subcontracts, selections, submittals, schedules, closeout, it all. It's all in one place, makes it a great tool to have.

I recently started using Buildertrend for a construction project, and I have to say, I'm impressed. The platform has made a huge difference in how I manage my projects. What I love most about Buildertrend is how user-friendly it is. It's so easy to navigate and find exactly what I need.

The real-time updates and scheduling features have been a game-changer for me. I no longer have to constantly check in with my team to see what's happening with the project. Instead, I can log into Buildertrend and see everything in one place. The collaboration features are also fantastic. It's great to have a single platform where my entire team can communicate and stay on the same page.

Learning curve: While the platform is user-friendly, there is a learning curve to getting used to all the features and functions. This may take some time and require training for new users.

Limited customization: Some users may find that the customization options are limited and that the platform doesn't fully meet all their specific needs.

The platform is user-friendly and allows for real-time updates, scheduling, and collaboration on a single platform. And most importantly, the integration of task management, time tracking, and documentation storage makes it easy to stay on top of projects and ensure everyone on my team is on the same page.

It is very easy to use and navigate. If I have to make corrections to the prior days work logs or hours logs all I have to do is click on that day and correct the things that are wrong. Easy and simple.

I have had issues with recorded my shifts showing up for each day.

The "one stop shopping"--i can communicate with my vendors and field guys and have everything accessible to everyone. Any logs, notes or paperwork is clearly marked and it's a breeze to input.

When it gets glitchy and won't allow me to save content. I then have to start all over and it can be time consuming. It doesn't happen too often (thank goodness) but when it does it drives me bananas.

It takes me mere minutes to create an account and have all documentation submitted. i can see what the field supers are uploading and vice versa, so that's incredibly helpful to me.
