What do you like best about bswift?

Bswift links into Paylocity which makes it easily accessable for employees and admin. You can add easily benefit documents on open enrollment videos that employees can easily review at home.

What do you dislike about bswift?

The admin side of the software can be a little clunky, but overall is still very nice.

What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize Paylocity as our HRIS system and Bswift integrates nicely with Paylocity. Having open enrollment done electronically saves so much time compared to the paper forms. It is also easy to open up benefit enrollment periods for employees.

Works great and looks nice

What do you like best about bswift?

that it list all my benefits in one place, selection is easy and comparison is nice during the enrollment process.

What do you dislike about bswift?

I think it could be more "bubbly" like cleaner looking and relatable.

What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paper enrollments are a thing of the past, materials library, so I do not have to send an email with all that information included.

Bswift Makes Enrollment Simple

What do you like best about bswift?

I really enjoyed the "Ask Emma" feature of Bswift when enrolling for benefits for the year. This feature was not available previously and it was nice to know there was a tool to help me navigate what options were best for me and my family.

What do you dislike about bswift?

Finding providers wasn't as easy as signing up for benefits. I was taken to other new web pages and it would have been nice if it could all remain in one space.

What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bswift helps me with health insurance vocabulary I didn't understand like copay, coinsurance, deductible, etc. This really made me feel sure I knew what I was selecting.

Bswift lets employees easily log in and select their employee benefits at enrollment time. It's a good tool to use to get snapshots of employee enrollment as a whole.

Easy to Use and Easy to Learn

What do you like best about bswift?

Bswift is really easy to learn, as a first time user. It is really easy to navigate their portal and it does what it needs to do. It's easy to access all of my benefits information and any files I need.

What do you dislike about bswift?

Nothing. I really like how easy to use the portal is. I like how I can go back and access any old documents stored in Bswift and I like how easy it is to learn how to navigate.

What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to login to my account and see all of my benefits information right there. It is easy to navigate enrollments and saved documents. I really am happy with the functionality of the software.

What do you like best about bswift?

I like that I can utilize this application for any and all things HR instead of waiting on the phone to talk to a person.

What do you dislike about bswift?

The app doesn't work as well sometimes and I have to go to chrome.

What I dislike about bswift is it did sort make ultipro a little redundant

Recommendations to others considering bswift?

Ultipro might do but bswift is great for those who need that extra hand-holding. bswift is awesome when it comes to completing benefits for the first time however, once you get the hang of it as in years later, it can seem a little redundant.
