Clarity about all things ticketing. I love the information it provides
Sometimes the format is too busy and therefore confusing
Brushfire allows us to sell tickets easily
Brushfire is very user friendly and easy to set up and use. It's helped up move away from Google forms and spreadsheets and keeps everything organized and visible in one place. Their customer service is also top-notch.
I wish there was a way to send custom emails to specific sub-groups. The email filtering isn't robust. It's a great function for communicating with the entire group of attendees but gets challenging if you want to send to only a certain group.
We use Brushfire for registration for events from 10 people to over 650. It's been super helpful in helping us manage attendees, payments, and registrations.
I like brushfire for many reasons. First, creating the event pages is very simple and allows us to include all of the information that our attendees will need both through the registration page as well as follow up emails that we can schedule through the brushfire page. Additionally, being able to change the intake questions with each registration form helps us track the numbers that we will need for reporting purposes as many of our events are sponsored by donors and each donor has their own criteria. Checking in people is an easy process, which is made even easier in my opinion to complete on the mobile app. Lastly, pulling reports is very easy and there are many different reports you can pull, which we mostly use the report of which attendees actually checked in.
Really the only thing that I can thing that could be improved is the ease of viewing how many attendees have checked in so far. I know that it can be found through pulling a report, but I think having that number on the dashboard would be helpful. Additionally, I feel like the check in process is much easier on the mobile app, because it does have the number of people checked in readily available and it is much easier to search people by name on the app as well.
Brushfire allows us to track all of our events and registrations in one place, which is a huge benefit to us, because we typically host 2-4 events a week. Brushfire also allows us to manage the attendee's full experience from registration to follow reminder emails, to the final thank you email sent after the event which eliminates us having to use another platform such as get response to manage the different stages. Also, because our whole team has access to brushfire, we can all manage our own events with ease.
Brushfire is a really fantastic platform for manging multple types of events with an robust API and easy for multple technology levels. With outstanding customer servive and support.
limited email scheduling in the platform.
Scalable for multiple event types, easy for users to build create and manage events, It enables us to run 100's of events every year of a whole range of sizes with ease and flexability.
Software is easy to use and thier support is top teir. They helped went above and beyond in our implementation and the support has not dropped off in the years we have been using them since.
I have nothing negative to say about Brushfire, they have always gone above and beyond.
We needed a user friendly system that could handle a large amount of events and apply some logic on the backend to accomidate some of the unique pricing structures that we wante to ultilize in the past and were not able to with our prior provider.
On top of being a great event tool, Brushfire customer support has been excellent.
No complaints. We really like Brushfire.
Brushfire makes it easy for us to publish events that require ticketing. The ticketing process runs very smooth; we have over 100 people at ONU that manage various ticketed events; reporting meets our needs. In a nutshell, Brushfire simplifies the process of publishing many ONU events throughout the year that require assistance from a broad range of people at ONU.
Once we fine-tuned the types of "tickets," registering for events became easy. Because of customer service best practices suggestions during a one-on-one session, I created "tickets" for the band, podium participants, praise team, ushers, and congregants so that the ministry leaders could register their crews with special codes and congregants could register themselves. Not only were we able to keep track of how many people were in the sanctuary, but also where they sat just in case someone tested positive, and we needed to inform those who sat near.
We used Brushfire every week for at least five months. As Covid rules changed, Brushfire changed with us.
I enjoyed the ability to create codes for special tickets. It made my job easier. I could also block off seats for special populations; praise team, pastoral staff, handicapped, etc.
Brushfire's customer service took a schematic of our church and uploaded it so that seat creation was easy. The hardest part for us was measuring the pews to estimate how many seats were on a pew.
There was a pretty steep learning curve. But the customer service was terrific. I had several one-on-one sessions when I encountered something I couldn't solve myself.
Coming out of Covid-19 large gathering restrictions, we used Brushfire to keep up with tickets and spacing of seats depending on the size of the party.
My experience with brushfire has been very pleasant and user friendly. This platform has helped me to manage my events more seamlessly.
The downside at times is finding the regristration link afterwards and having trouble with sending reminders.
This is solving me propoerly tracking folks who have registered and has helped me to plan better.
Brushfire is an invaluable tool for or organization. It is so versatile. Our tech team has been able to adapt it to our needs with lists, rosters, jobs, etc. in a way I did not think possible. We host over 1000 people monthly for each event. Check in is a breeze with the QR code and Moblie phones. Room assignments. staff jobs, etc. We can adapt it to several different kinds of event.
Document signing is somewhat cumbersome. We have to leave the page to sign the document by an email. Wouild love to have the document pop up and they could sign right there!!
Quick check in. 800 people in one hour. We are unlimited in the various kinds of events. From 1000 attendees with room reservations, to 900 couples for a day event. We can communicate very effectively. We also can create our own data reports and download rosters.

Their team is super easy to work with and very responsive. Price point is very competetive, which is a huge deal to us as a non-profit. That, however, doesn't diminish the quality of the end product. We got an app that looks very professional and does exactly what we need it to.
I can't really think of any. For what I'm paying, it's very good quality.
Communication with our attendees - we put on a student conference every year with 2600 students/volunteer leaders in attendance. Brushfire's app made it easy to distribute a lot of information to everybody, which saves us money in printed materials (~$4,000 every year) and time to answer people's questions. Now we can just point them to the app.
