Really quick to learn how to use it, much of the process is automated. What also helps is that the user interface is clean and uncluttered making it a delight to use. There are so many use cases - I use it for research.

Support is also very responsive and helpful; one of the best I've seen in a long time. Hope this doesn't change!

There's nothing to dislike about it really, it appears a really solid piece of software. A couple of times the data has been a bit more tricky to pull, but an email to support and they're straight on the case. The few issues I've had have been fixed in no time at all. Really impressed.

Research is time-consuming so I use Browse.ai to pull that data and put it in a spreadsheet for me.

Automation and Integration across tools

Browse doesn't require a dedicated person. It's great products, scrapping and monitoring, both have a simple workflow that anyone on the team and figure out and maintain. This ease of use without sacrificing quality has destroyed any potential bottlenecks we would face by incorporating a new third party tool.

The only thing to dislike is the limitations of web scrapping itself. One robot can do several different jobs, but it can do one job really well and at scale. It's not browse ai, it's the way the internet is structure that make this task difficult.

We are in the contract translation service. The contracts live online, across hundreds of providers. They also change key terms at random times, Browse solved all of our concerns with this product breaking point.

Its an excellent tool for automatic data capture, also easy to set up and connect with drive spreadsheets. Also very user friendly.

Sometimes the table selector for pick the elements and information i wanted to take from a website doesnt work as i wanted.

So i wanted to try some web tools i look at online (just for fun and learn because i doesnt work in that area) and after some attempts it worked excellent.

It is so easy. No code, no complication, very straightforward and clear.

I'm really enjoying using browse, with a few clicks you can create robots to monitor competitors web pages, really anyone can do it. They also have great support system, they have helped in a couple ocasions when I wasn't able to extract the info that I wanted.

Only that the robot sometimes doesn't work the first time. But as I said customer support is great and they help you with this.

Browse AI simplified the process of scraping websites for basic data and being able to rapidly grab data from a variety of sources. We've used many related tools in the past and Browse AI is by far the most powerful and easiest to use to date.

The way they count tasks seems a little ambiguous, it still confuses us. It took some time to understand how it's calculated. They seem to count a task as any row of data rather than pages scraped. It would be better if they counted pages scraped as some times, if you scrape one page with 100 results, it counts as 100 tasks, which seems a little bit over the top. They also count test results against your credits, it would be better if they waiting until after you finished testing it before using up valueable credits. They also need to add more organizational UI changes, for example when you have 20+ tasks, it gets a bit messy. They need folders for tasks.

While not core to our business, we constantly find the need to grab data from various websites and Browse AI makes this burdensome task rather trivial. We love it.
