The best thing about Brodbean is it helps you access multiple recruitment portals simultaneously, gives filters to narrow your search as per the requirement and helps save string with watchdogs, through which we can get notified as soon as a new resume is uploaded.

The one feature I see could be a side view of the resume that would greatly help and save time. Apart from that, all the features available on Broadbean are good and very helpful in finding a required candidate.

Broadbean is helping me source the right candidate promptly and reach out to all the new candidates available in the market per the requirement and the candidate's needs.

The simple UI and integration of different posrtals.

Filters to choose from are too less, to modify search.

Getting profiles from different portals in one place.

It’s definitely a time saver and the level 2 Support team is always extraordinary if there’s a technical issue.

The software is extremely customizable and does require a designated Admin to keep up with the logins and configurations.

The time for job distribution is significantly minimized.

I worked on recruitment project and I found it quite helpful.

Broadbean effectively streamlines the recruitment process in an area which has always bothered me most, posting job adverts on multiple job boards. Back in the old days I used to do this with a combination of Word documents and copy and pasting data between Word and multiple job boards but each job board has a specific set of criteria that you must follow when posting adverts and so the process was lengthy and overly complicated as well as time consuming and BORING. With Broadbean I literally paste my advert into the software one time and then it sorts everything else out behind the scenes and posts to all of our job sites as well as to our own website and to linkedin.

To be honest, what is there to dislike about something that saves you time and brainpower? My only criticism is probably that the website itself looks a little bit dated and could do with a refresh and a cleaner UI / UX to bring it up to date with software like Bullhorn, which we also use with Broadbean.

Would certainly recommend to any business posting roles across multiple Job Boards.

As mentioned above in the main body of my review, Broadbean solves the problem of posting jobs across multiple job websites and it does it very quickly and very easily with minimum effort from the user. This software may not be relevant for a company that only posts jobs on one job board, but for anyone that posts on multiple job boards, it is an absolute lifesaver.

I like that we are able to post to multiple ad sources through one simple click.

I do not like how difficult it is to edit something that comes back thru broadbeen if there is an error. You have to cancel everything and then start over again.

Definitely a time saver if you are looking to post something in multiple locations.

We are saving time and effort through the use of broadbean. We are able to advertise our jobs in more than one location through one click.

Everything about this app is fast! I can quickly post a job announcement to more then 30 boards with just a few clicks! Very easy to use - Fast too!

The only thing I could improve is the setup - It was okay - Could do with a little help - But support helped me right away!

The ease of everything visible in one platform. The product is easy to use and enables the user to manage a lot of functions.

No dislikes at the moment. The product is very user friendly.

The product helps ease posting jobs to multiple locations and makes searching multiple job boards easier.

It is great to have access to multiple job boards in one spot for CV sourcing, the ability to post to multiple job boards in one stop and the ability to integrate different softwares to Broadbean is great, such as TextKernel.

When posting a job advert, there are numerous different drop down boxes to complete, some being irrelevant but an option still has to be selected.

The ability to post adverts to numerous job boards and our own website with ease, sourcing candidates from numerous sources easily, post job adverta onto our website and post job adverts onto linkedin. Having 1 set of logins rather than numerous makes life easier.

Two simple pages to fill out that post to so many sites. I can also easily manage what I have posted as well as any responses to see who might be the best fit for the current job I am working on. I also like that in the summary section it requires spell check before moving on to the next page. I have corrected many grammatical/spelling mistakes that way.

Having to fill out industry so many times. I also wish there was a way to directly import resumes that I am considering into Salesforce (the platform our company uses to manage job processes). I also wish there was a way I could review what my posting will look like to the public before posting.

Would be great for Broadbean to integrate with salesforce

Candidates come to me rather than me having to go seek them out. Also, it is easy to organize who I have looked at, who would be a good fit for my job, and who wouldn't be a good fit. Personally I only have access to LinkedIn, so it also gives me the benefit of being able to post on multiple job boards.
