I’ve used their system several times…

I’ve used their system several times and it’s always reliable and works well. It’s a bit expensive but the results are always accurate for my email lists. Highly recommend them.

Don't just use this for list cleanup. It also offers various reporting tools to help you understand the audience better.

"Easy to Use, Accurate Email Validation Software"

What do you like best about BriteVerify?

BrightVerify helped us reduce our bounce rate and ensure we were only sending marketing emails to real email addresses. We saw our deliverability rates increase.

What do you dislike about BriteVerify?

I have no dislikes about the software. It is easy to use and works well for us.

We are reducing our bounce rate to ensure we are able to connect with leads more often.

"Email Verification made easy"

What do you like best about BriteVerify?

BriteVerify is amazingly simple but effective. All you have to do is pass an email address to their API, and you get back valuable data to help you filter out bad leads.

What do you dislike about BriteVerify?

I rarely say this, but there isn't anything that I dislike about BriteVerify. Everything works as expected, and I haven't heard any complaints about them.

What problems is BriteVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

BriteVerify helps us filter out leads with email addresses that are not contactable. This helps eliminated wasted time trying to convert a lead that will never even get your messages.

"Increased deliverability."

What do you like best about BriteVerify?

Simplicity. No matter how you are verifying your email list, web GUI, API, or integration partner, the process is very simple.

What do you dislike about BriteVerify?

If I had to come up with something that I don't like... I would say having to pay... but that's not even an issue.

Use it! You will be amazed at the number of bad email addresses you have in your database.

We are a recruiting firm and email candidates regarding employment opportunities. Prior to Bright verify our successful delivery rate was about half what it is now. Our database of candidates is much more valuable since we now know we are able to contact our candidates.

The email verification is invaluable as a CRM tool, and costs us just a few dollars each month.

"Bright Verify Makes My Life Easier"

What do you like best about BriteVerify?

I love how simple the functionality of Bright Verify is. All you have to do is load in a .csv file and it takes care of the rest. Bright Verify has often helped me keep my email lists current. During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, a lot of my contacts have been laid off and are no longer working at the business I have their information for. Bright Verify has helped me clean up my contact lists so I am not sending emails to contacts that are no longer at their company.

What do you dislike about BriteVerify?

Honestly, the only downside to Bright Verify is that it's not free.

Recommendations to others considering BriteVerify:

Take the time to create your lists properly before submitting to Bright Verify so everything is labeled and organized once Bright Verify is done doing its thing.

What problems is BriteVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without Bright Verify, I would be sending multiple eblasts to unattended email addresses due to COIVD. Bright Verify helps me keep my list's current.

details of status in SFDC; an example is if the status is invalid, show the details in another field

I am able to save money and time by only working to get new emails on specific records vs having to manually check each one for newer data

"My go-to solution for email verifications"

What do you like best about BriteVerify?

The pricing level is good and it's easy and quick to use. Sure there are many other similar services but we have found this one seems to do the best job for our clients.

What do you dislike about BriteVerify?

I don't really have anything negative to say. A small thing would be if I could get the invoice automatically emailed to me rather than having to log back in to download it, but it's no big deal.

What problems is BriteVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of of our clients don't have large databases to market to so they tend to buy cold email lists to market to. Some of our list vendors allow us to buy Valid's only, but most will send you both Valids, Accepts-All and Unknowns and unless you are using an ESP that allows purchased lists you can get your campaign stopped or even have your account shut down. This reduces the chance of that happening and improves the delivery rate.
