Its ease of use. The insightful dashboard which gives a fine details.

As of now nothing comes in the mind which is not favourable in terms of features.

Its a unique software in Pest control field.

Dashboard is efficient and lay out is easy to understand in little time.

There are some growing pains; some of the reporting is inconsistent.

With a drastic increase in pest control needs in our area this summer, this kept office staff and field superints who were on-site on the same page in less time than past resource attempts.

I haven’t used the software but the sales team was very professional when approaching us.

I have not used the software yet but it very well built w hav a similar product we had signed right before being approached by this company so we couldn’t switch yet it would. It’s us money.

Organization for door to door sales

It is VERY user friendly. Affordable. it now has the ability to do almost everything Pest Pac does and now beating out key 7 software

Growing pains are hard. It has grown to the pest pac ability but still needs some more fine tuning. We switched to Key 7 BUT we have found out that Briostack has finally caught up with everyone so Beginning in October, we are switching back to Briostack.

The benefits is that it is so user friendly Most pest software is ancient or hard to use. We can use it for Sentricon now from what I understand.

When we used Briostack it took about a year for our company to fully understand how it worked and the best ways to schedule. The scheduling portion of the software was one of the best we've used, to date.

Briostack could not provide consistent reporting, which is an integral part of running a business.

The system was working to help automate manual processes we had in place.

Integrated billing and one single office person named Alana (the only person who knows how to help but limited by what the software can do).

This system is NOT user friendly. We have lost a field employee over frustrations with this system. I have paid over a thousand dollars for a system that is simply unusable. The salesperson was misleading and the customer service has been almost non-existent. They tried to charge me for adding a warning label to my invoices (as required by law). The billing system is screwed up. I am abandoning the money and time I have invested in this because I simply cannot due it anymore. They have chosen the wrong service industry to create software for because they don't understand the needs of a route technician or office staff... or heck, even admin! I tried... REALLY TRIED... to stick with it and ask for help but even their staff does not know what to do. The "dedicated trainings" just leave their people and this person frustrated with nothing really accomplished. Today is the day. I'm out.

Briostack create more problems than it solves... hours worth of added work and time with absolutely no production benefits.

The promises prior to signing. Zoom capabilities.

Promised services not capable in system. Long term contracts. Inefficient documentation in system.

None Poor service.
