Everything I needed

PROS: Cloud-based counter of trust, versatility, and reporting features that fulfill nearly all of our needs.

CONS: On line, the time order needs to be stabilized.

PROS: Reporting and configuration in the cloud. Quite a Rich Feature.

CONS: Not being able to pick a list of names from House Account. Unable to turn off credit vouchers. Help is required on the support line.

The continuous potential of Brink Software

PROS: Cloud base program that has a lot of ready features and It also cost less compared to other POS group.

CONS: It has a different pricing structure but I have anticipated that. The support team can take to long to answer, and occasionally are not that well informed as restaurant operators.

PROS: The cloud-based framework is great from anywhere for managing and accessing data. Data export capability to our applications. Third-party integration works perfectly

One of the best POS’s to associate with

PROS: It's one of a kind API and communication.

CONS: It has this odd provisioning procedure, which makes incoming Client emails hard to manage. It would be easier if the provisioning will trigger if we could forward signed contracts.

What do you like best?

Cloud based system is great for management and access to data from anywhere. Ability to export data into our systems. Integrations with third parties work well.

What do you dislike?

Lack of tools to make managing multiple restaurants, menus, and items easier.

Data analysis and custom reports are changing how we operate and manage the restaurants.

They need to stabilize on line time for on line ordering.

The communication and the simply top-notch API.

What do you dislike?

The provisioning process is a little odd. Emails coming from clients can be difficult to control. If we could forward signed contracts that would trigger the provisioning, it would be smoother.
