Automations, The capablitly to automate anything and everything you want is amazing makes our lifes so easy

The API bootleneck. It would be nice if Brightpearl had the capiblity to have more API connections

Everything to Stock and to how the warehouse runs, we heavily rely on Brightpearl to do this for us. It saves so much time having to do anything manualy and is so easy to use no matter what area of the business your in

2. Inventory Planner is a great tool for integrating various marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. It also makes it easy for us to bundle various categories by providing them tags which makes it easy to filter out data even before downloading it. It reduces the hassle of dealing with a huge amount of data in an excel file later by filtering out everything in the Inventory Planner itself. We love this software as it’s very easy to use and user-friendly.

It takes little bit of time to understand the software but once it's done it's easier to use

I’ve been using Brightpearl ERP since the mid-2014 at my online store Alisa.ua. It’s a great SAAS ERP for e-commerce that literally changed everything about how we do things and significantly improved our processes.

I'd like to see better CRM reporting. However, this can be achieved with 3rd party integrations.

Brightpearl handles our order management, procurement, and accounting.

It solved our issues with customer orders stuck unattended in some instances. Also, it greatly helps us to creat purchase orders for our 50+ suppliers.

The work flow makes perfect sense with clone sales orders from purchase orders. We have built 2 connecting API'S that work seamlessly and have given us electronic pod's with our drivers. Worth pointing out - we do not sell via any e commerce or website, we are direct distributor to end user companies, I have been in this industry for 40 years and BP works very very well in our space.

I would like BP to eventually adopt the Sage financials, obviously with no additional cost would be ideal.

We had created alot of miscx products, which we no longer do and BP advised how to cleanse.

We've been with Brightpearl (BP) for many years. Before BP we knew our stock very well, but being with BP took us to a whole new level. Having very accurate stock levels, as well as much more efficient ordering, leads to being able to offer a better customer service experience and helps boost turnover.

Joining BP was one of the best business decisions I ever made.

Nothing negative springs to mind. Please do not go down the route of automating support. It is great to be able to actually speak to someone on the very rare occasions that one needs help.

Stock control is now absolutely accurate. Our ordering process is therefore more efficient. This leads to us offering a better customer experience, as our stock holding is vastly improved.

We are a 2 person operations team managing a multi-thousand SKU catalog. Brightpearl is our centralized source of truth when it comes to inventory and our catalog and integrates directly with our sales channels. We have entirely automated our Order Management process as well. From the time an order is placed, through fulfillment and automation, we don't have a single touch point that requires manual intervention. Ordering new product also takes us 5 minutes now that we have a standardized PO template and process in Brightpearl.

Almost every integration we set up we had to have custom developed. We're used to the Shopify integration model at this point and prefer tech platforms with 1-2 click bespoke integrations that you can then customize to match your business. Brightpearl is an investment to set up properly in terms of time and resources for this reason, but it is ultimately worth it.

Brightpearl has reduced almost all manual data entry for us which has significantly cut down on the resources required to manage our brand and has reduced any opportunity for error.

We use Brightpearl to handle our order and shipment process, and it does this very well. We use their Automation engine heavily to remove a lot of tasks that take humans a long time. We also had a really great Implementation Consultant Nicholas Woodley who made the transition to Brightpearl seamless and pain-free.

There's not a lot to dislike. We primarily use the order and shipment management system, and it's very robust.

Until Brightpearl implementation our order process was highly manual. It was eating up a ton of time by humans when it should have been done by computer. Now that Brightpearl handles all those tasks we can use humans to do things humans should do. It will allow us so scale our online operations easily and with very little extra work load.

I have been using Brightpearl for the past 10 years which is a sign I am a very happy customer. We find it very user friendly, convenient for the entire team to access data and work on relevant processes and we like the fact it is totally integrated so no systems issues.

I don't have any dislikes. I have some feature requests which I have shared with Brightpearl and they are working on including batch traceability. I also would love fractional units of measurement.

This is a great system for other merchants who purchase finished goods and sell them multi channel

It is our central ERP system so it solves a lot of problems for us. It helps us be more agile and reduce order processing costs and time, keep track of stock and customers and see our financial position.

Brightpearl is easy to use and has good functionality.

The only downside I've found is revenue reporting on products sold both in bundles and individual items. Revenue received on bundled products is not attributed to the individual product components so there is manual work involved to get to the figures required.

Sales are fulfilled to the warehouse very quickly with no additional intervention by customer services
