I love that I can track keywords so I know what kind of content people are looking for. I also enjoy the emails about which of my website's articles are gaining traction on Google.

Sometimes the BrightEdge numbers don't match what's in Google Analytics.

BrightEdge allows my team to assign projects, such as missing SEO titles and duplicate titles.

There is so much capability and flexibility. This is an SEOs best friend to find current quick wins and future behaviors that you can jump on.

It takes a little bit of knowledge to bring everything together. But it is worth the time and energy.

BrightEdge has great technology that they are constantly improving, they offer educational webinars, and the customer success managers are top notch. I always feel supported and have seen great results.

There isn't a lot that I don't like about BE. I can't think of anything really.

Our customer success manager Sam Gibson is a phenomenal asset to our BrightEdge experience. He has taken the complex powerful BrightEdge platform and has helped us break down each dashboard and put a plan together to tackle a new project each week to elevate our brand awareness and analytics.

It would be interesting if BrightEdge could integrate with WordPress to accomplish tasks right away and in one place.

As we are moving to a more digital world, having all of the reporting data accessible at all times is HUGE for our team and company.

Overall, I think BrightEdge is a great platform for SEO and keyword reporting, especially for those who are new to it and need training. The platform is a bit hard to navigate at first, but hands-on training platforms with Brightdge representatives help to make it a little easier.

There is so much to do in the platform that makes it very overwhelming at first.

Shows us what we can do better on our websites to drive organic search results and get more people to our websites to hopefully buy our products and beat out our competitors.

It has been extremely instrumental for me to find out the Keywords that rank the highest for my category and the search volume displaying opportunities

BrightEdge is a very robust toolset, and it takes time and practice to master everything. New users can require quite a bit of handholding to get started, but it's worth it.

BrightEdge helps me find the most relevant and impactful keywords to use for my target audience. How do they phrase things? How should I adjust my voice to match theirs? It also saves me a lot of time on competitor research and content planning.

Our team has only one person (myself) working on the website and SEO. Brightedge has been an exceptional partner and feels like an extension of our team—their tools are extremely robust and our company's rep is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our page rankings have increased significantly since we started working with Brightedge this year.

The ability to assign tasks to various team members is not super helpful, but that is only because I am the only person on our team working on SEO.

Brightedge helps us to identify content to create, how to maximize the SEO of our existing content, and how to improve the overall health of our site.

It is showing what keywords are having great traffic and how we can implement these onto our pages.

The site is user friendly and easy to navigate. Utilizing Brightedge has helped us reach a larger audience and recieve more traffic to our website. It has also helped with competitor research.

Brightedge has been a helpful tool and there isn't a lot of negative feedback I can give. The only thing I would recommend is moving where settings is. It is a little hard to find.

It is helping our company rank higher in Google and learn which SEO words to use. It has helped us clean up our website and use keywords that are being searched for instead of guessing which words to use.
