It can also arrange your content searches based on the priority that you assign to the topics of interest.

Unbound Local Pages have complex search history management, which gets difficult over a long period. Their search Algorithms are composed so that all the history is present together, and segregation is a bit of work to do. Its AI search recommendations would require more well-defined search suggestions.

Unbound Local Pages gives me the comfort of having my quick searches with superior accuracy. All of my frontline requirements are populated, and my categorization of each field specification is also right on target. When you have a well-organized SOP, the efficiency of the research and exploration that you can do using Unbound Local Pages is astounding.

I have been a Bridgeline client for a long time. The iApps product is pretty easy to use, and very flexible.

The only thing I would say I dislike is the fact that their staff is constantly either moving projects or are moving positions. I had multiple project managers/account reps in the past 3-5 years, multiple developers, etc. generally it takes time for the new people taking over your account to understand where the project is, get familiarized with the processes, really grab a hold of the project and there is always a big learning curve. A couple of times I was suggested a project/integration that we already had and paid for because the account rep didn't know what we have already tried etc in the past.

We use iApps for our WCM, it has always been pretty flexible for what we need.

Makes scripting easy for beginners. It’s automated templates are very helpful for someone like me who runs every aspect of their business on their own.

Not very much for tutorials or instructions available but luckily it’s pretty self explanatory.

I think the UI is generally straight forward and has most of the CMS publishing features you'd like to have. I think the menu/directory structure for navigation management is intuitive and easy.

The rigidity of the template-based page layouts. Development cycles are slow without an in-house developer who can develop and deploy new templates. We often have ideas that we'd like to try and then find we are constrained by the limitations of the page layout/content item system. Content items can be configured to achieve unique functionality, but it can be frustrated thereafter to continue to innovate.

Look at what you need and evaluate your own internal development capabilities. This CMS has a lot of the features you'd call 'requirements' but can be limiting when flexed too far.
