What do you like best about Bridge?

The platform is very easy for staff to navigate and use, the support is excellent and having Bridge in our organisation has allowed us to create so many more learning opportunities for our staff.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

Multiple users on 1 device = cache issues

Recommendations to others considering Bridge:

From first contact to implementation and through to after support, the experience we have had with Bridge has been fantastic. Regular contact is maintained by the Customer Support Manager, the online community is an excellent resource for tips and answers and the online support chat is always helpful.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

The programme function in Bridge has allowed us to create induction/onboarding training for Social Care staff, the checkpoints allow supervisors to check work over to ensure staff have an understanding of their new role and responsibilities. This is far over and above anything, we have been able to offer before.

The programmes also allowed me to create learning pathways on particular topics which staff have embraced.

The simplicity of the system has overcome many fears of those digitally uncertain

What do you like best about Bridge?

The comprehensive analysis it presents of the data. The way it stores data. The way it makes data entry a breeze.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

Some features are not as intuitive and follow an erratic pattern. Like some notifications that go out to users.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking compliance completion for over 1000 employees. Promoting a culture of learning. Effective communication.

What do you like best about Bridge?

Minimalistic and intuitive design. It's easy to navigate.

Customer support is great - they helped me many times. I love that I can chat with them - response time is amazing.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

Annual assignment can be done only via CSV file. It was challenging to understand how it works. But when you get used to it, it's not as bas and can be done pretty fast.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating a library for elearning courses. Managing 1on1 agenda and performance reviews.

What do you like best about Bridge?

Bridge is very user friendly and intuitive. The Bridge CS team is always readily available to answer questions and provide best practices - which we greatly appreciate. We also love that closed captions for videos within Bridge Advanced Video can be translated to so many languages.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

My only wish is that the video editing within Bridge Advanced Video was a bit more robust.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Bridge, we just kept product training videos on an unlisted YouTube channel. Having a centralized location that also allows us to add questions is beneficial.

What do you like best about Bridge?

Bridge is an excellent tool for tracking compliance training, performnce conversations, goals and achievemnts. Creating learning tracks has also been a success for our organization as well. It is very intuitive and finding a course that meets your learning needs is easy as well.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

I have found no downside to Bridge. We will be kicking off the Career platform of Bridge next year. Since implementing Bridge we have had nothing but excellent reports.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bridge provides us with a useful platform to support our journey to being a learning organization. We use it effectively for onboarding new staff, developing existing staff and for tracking annual compliance training. It also supports our 1:1 performance conversations and goal achievement.

What do you like best about Bridge?

I love how it has helped our organization prioritize learning and are more positive about it now that we have a formal way of tracking and standardizing throughout all of our different office locations. It used to be an issue being able to have effective trainings that protrayed the same information and set a baseline for everyone.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

I wish creating content in Bridge could be personalized more like PowerPoint or Google Slides is so that trainings don't look the same. Our team is used to PowerPoints and all of the different customizable themes that match the topics being taught.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking and setting standards throughout all locations.

"Bridge is the best bridge to learning"
What do you like best about Bridge?

I cannot say enough positive things about Bridge. If I had to pick a top 3 it would be 1) we reduced our techstack by 3 products with a 4th on the way. 2) The subaccount feature allows us to meet multiple audiences and continue growth and development 3)Its easy to use enough that I don't have to teach users how to use the product I just invite them and they are on the go.

Their whole sales customer service journey is seamless and supportive. I never have to worry about if or when I will get responses. I truly feel we have a partner in the team and the product.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

I wish there were more notifications and the notifications could be customized. I am sure this will come in time and is in no way a setback to our experience.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Reduced tech stack was able to consolidate resources and saw ROI day 1;

2) Easy-to-use system with features/functions that allow for ongoing growth internally and externally;

3) Visibility from analytics to be more proactive in a user's learning journey.

What do you like best about Bridge?

We purchased Bridge initially for it's ease of use. Building training is simple and anyone can build content as there is not a steep learning curve.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

Sometimes I would like additional functionality building content. What makes it so easy is the basic functionality but that can also be a downfall.

What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Publishing content to learning groups in an efficient manner that can be tracked and monitored.

What do you like best about Bridge?

It is really helpful to be able to set up and manage subaccounts for our clients all over the country, while maintaining ownership of our content.

What do you dislike about Bridge?

The use of BAV from Studio was not a particularly good move. It's confusing and not very user friendly.

Getting information to our clients in a timely manner with the ability to track and provide valuable insights to their leadership teams.
