Wir benutzen die Brevo Marketing Platform zum Versenden von Newslettern. Es klappt gut über verschiedene Listen auch verschiedene Empfängergruppen anzuschreiben. Als Datenbank haben wir auch Postadressen hinterlegt, wenn wir diese mal benötigen.

Es bedarf schon einer Einarbeitung in das System, einmal verstanden läuft es dann aber :-).

Bisher hatte ich noch kein Problem, dass ich mit dem Support lösen musste.

The best thing about Brevo is that we don't have to use different platform for managing our marketing and transactional emails. It becomes easy to handle both in single subscription, plus there's no daily sending limit on all plans. I also find the templates and email builder very polished and intuitive.

I think Realtime sync between Brevo and CRM lists can be improved a bit. I faced issue with syncing my CRM list as all lists were not getting displayed within Brevo so I can manually synce when I need to add updated contacts from CRM.

Before using Brevo, our marketing efforts were a bit more scattered as we couldn't segment and engage our audience based on different metrics like Opens, Clicks etc. Through this platform engaging our audience has not became more streamlined and we are able to provide better value to our customers.

Brevo’s intuitive design made it easy for me to get started without any prior experience in email marketing. The drag-and-drop editor is particularly helpful for creating visually appealing emails.

One of the best things about Brevo is that I don't have to pay to store my contacts. I only pay for the amount of emails I send. This makes it convenient to not worry about storage space/limits.

I also really love the feature where I can send out emails over a period of time rather than all at once. This makes building segments less work because I don't have to worry about size or sending multiple copies of the same email template.

I use this tool in my previous organization for the email marketing and due to its affordable price I choose this. Brevo has done its job perfectly it manages all of our email campaign, helps in creating good landing pages. We can set up the workflows so that email can sent on there own and automation works amazing. I highly recommend this tool someone who looking for tool to email marketing and automation

Customization and templates designs are limited Which I feel could be improved in future. Some time when the data is more the tool get slow down

The first thing it is saving time by providing email automation I used to spent hours to sent mail to clients with this I can schedule whole month campaigns in 20 min and rest I can focus on. Other tasks. It saved our money by providing landing pages we created 3 landing pages for us and it works well for us.

Since I started using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), the first thing that caught my attention was how easy it is to use, making it totally easy to manage my email marketing campaigns. Creating a campaign takes minutes, not hours; and automation, ufff! It’s a wonder. We set up workflows so that emails are sent out on their own based on what the user does. For example, if someone abandons the cart, they automatically receive a discount email. And it works! You won't find another service that offers dynamic retargeting in the same way as Brevo, which is one of its main strengths.

Template customization is a bit limited. If you want something very specific, you have to get your hands on HTML, and that’s not my thing. I also noticed that when we handle very large lists, the platform can become a bit slow. But well, nothing serious.

Since we started using Brevo, everything has been easier. Before, we spent hours doing manual things that now do themselves. An example: in the last launch campaign, we set up an automated flow that sent emails based on user behavior. The result was a 20% increase in conversions. And the best part is that we didn’t have to do almost anything! We have managed to do reorientation, prospecting social networks, which is very important since we want to increase our social follow. Using this platform is sure a bet for business success.

Limited features in free account. Also, the pricing for credits seems to be a little expensive.
