It givea the real time overview of all the business operations specially in the marketing field. It allows user to take decision on right time with more accuracy to excel the profitability of the business.
Pricing is a bit concerning point for me specially for those who are running small and medium sized business.

There is a scope of work in the user interface of uptempo. It does not navigate all the features easily to the user. Taking overview in the master dashboard is not effective.

Integration with Salesforce did not worked well initially but the issue was resolved by technical support.

It's not simple to switch between different views, and the user interface is clumsy. It's not always easy for me to recall the optimal perspective to use for forecasting, seeing my real budget, and viewing my actual expenditures. Also, it's not easy to get an overview of everything from the Uptempo dashboard in a web browser without first downloading the data into an excel file.

It annoys me that i have to re-enter my login information after being inactive for a short period of time. If this is a setting that can be changed locally, it is one that I would like to adjust.
By providing real-time insight into the allocated funds and their expenditure to date, we are able to address the challenge of keeping tabs on approved spending across departments. Despite how obvious it may seem, that wasn't something that was readily available using the methods we had been employing up until that point.
