We have been so happy working with Brand Alignment these past 3+ years. As an established (40+ years) CPG, when we decided to start selling on Amazon we found many 3rd-party sellers with our products. We wanted full brand control and to be the only authorized seller so we hired BA to help! BA was easy to implement and effectively helped us enforce and remove many 3rd-party sellers. Their team is very supportive and gives us visibility into our marketplace on Amazon and internet-wide. The BA dashboard integrates seamlessly and is a valuable and easy-to-use tool that we frequent, helping us see the opportunities and obvious sales growth we've achieved by working with Brand Alignment.

Our company has been using Brand Alignment's software for a few years now and we find it to be very user-friendly and it yields strong results in suppressing unauthorised grey market sellers on marketplaces. The BA team are always friendly and pro-active in helping if needed, but most of the time we can be quite self-autonomous with their system.
