We were starting from scratch—our first LMS. From the sales team to the support team, Brainier provided excellent service in helping us successfully launch our first LMS. Alfredo was our team lead from Brainier and was conveniently available to us, answering our concerns and questions.

Nothing. The experience has been wonderful. Sure there are issues that come up, but all our issues were resolved and so in the end we were greatly pleased with the final outcome.

Brainier is solving the organization, distribution, and management of our training assets. It is simplifying our communication, allowing us to respond more adeptly to the changes and challenges of training new agents.

There are a ton of ways to customize the system to make it your own.

Because of the numerous options in the system, there is a large learning curve in getting to know where eveything is and how it works. Once you figure it out, it is great. Getting there takes time.

Managing our training, providing courses for ongoing learning, and tracking compliance trainings.

The ability to customize and thier willingness to parter with each company to ensure the platform works at a 100%!

There isn't really anything that really stands out.

There are so many options and things that software can do, we struggled to limit its use to what we really needed.

I recently had the opportunity to be a part of the implementation of Brainier for our company and overall found it to be a highly user-friendly platform . Some of the highlights was the ease of use and the responsive customer support. The user interface is easy, making it accessible even for someone who is not tech-savvy. The platform offers an easy learning experience, allowing both learners and administrators to quickly adapt to it. Implementing Brainier within our organization was a breeze, we were able to get up and running in no time ensuring a smooth transition for our learners. I also enjoyed working with our implementation consultant Karen, she was patient and knowledgeable.

There was one aspect of Brainier that I did not like. Once a learning object is added to the system, it cannot be fully deleted, it can only be inactivated, meaning it still remains visible in the system.This can be a bit frustrating and clutter the interface over time, it would be great if Brainier would consider incorporating a feature that allows complete deletion. We encountered some other bugs, but their team worked on them and fixed them in no time.

The benefits of implementing Brainier is that it is user friendly for both user and administrator.

The system is incredibly intuitive and able to onboard quickly. The custom HTML pages and custom themes are an amazing way to provide a more taregeted look at feel to users. The support and impelemenation process is world class. I have never experiences this level of customer service or support with any LMS in my 20 + years of experience in corporate learning and development.

The video hosting process is very antiquiated. There is no specific object designated for videos and their 20 gig limit is laughable. $5000 a year for additional storage olutside of teh 20 gig is also highly over priced and an outdated model. There is no way for us to view how much storage we've used toward our 20 gig limit so had to find a completel workaround to approach posting videos. We do not want a surpirse $5000 charge for something we can't even track. Poorly designed and an absolute fatal flaw to an otherwise very nicely designed system.

Brainier has allowed us to centralize all of our learning content and create a streamline process for all things OD.

I think it is a great tool for organization with lots of staff, it is seen as a benefit to provide to staff

I do not like how the prepaid opbjects are not grouped together. I think they should come as one object example EXCEL with all the videos to follow and you can chose whihc one you want to watch about Excel.

Haveing multiple trainigns in one place and the ability to create your own content.

It is better able to handle our large volume of users without crashing like our previous LMS. System processes requests much faster. Support responds to requests faster and is genuinely interested in assisting and guiding us.

Our implentation specialist, Alfredo Arce, is super patient and helpful.

I would like ALL reports, to include the username, which for us is the unique identifyer we use for our learners.

When bulk uploading completions, it would be nice to have a field to indicate "mark all steps complete" if object is part of a grouping.

On the Manage Assignments page, including a column for "Created by" to see at a quick glance when you're not sure who created an assignment.

Our previous LMS was not able to handle our large number of end users without the system freezing up or slowing down. Brainier so far has been able to handle this with no issues.

Since the user interface is intuitive, ease of use is a major factor for buy in when implementing a new LMS. The great customer service provides security in that we will be successful as we use the system.

Not sure. Any issues have been minimal and usually resolved quickly

Brainier is easy to use, simple to navigate and support is responsive, and helpful.

I am not a fan of Brainiers timestamp delay of 4 hours but this is a minimal concern.
