The solution is very easy to use. They have several training videos that are very helpful. I love how they offer a desktop and iPhone version.

With starting my new business it is critical I keep track of my inventory. This is the life blood of my business. By having both a desktop and iPhone solution I am able to track this at all times. It is developed in such a easy to understand manner that I do not waste a lot of time trying to figure it out. I simply love it!

In love the mobile app that allows for quick moving and changing of inventory items and updates to the cloud.

I think the reports section is a little confusing and I think should be a little more customizable. But if you play around with it you should find a report template that suits your needs.

I have looked at other programs for managing inventory and done their trials and non have offered the all the same features that Boxstorm has.

This program allows us to keep track of the inventory we keep at our home shop, but also helps us track the items that are given to our employees to be carried in their service vehicles, because we have set each vehicle as a location within the program.

I really like that its a free service with multiple users who can test the system to see if its a good fit. The multi user and multi warehouse with UPC really makes this a complete free solution.

It cannot be integrated without payment. Its only an inventory management system, not a invoicing system (fishbowl)
