It changed out approach to stock and inventory control. It's a time saving tool, extremely easy to implement and easy to use by any of our staff. We are very happy.

A faster shortcut for stock out would make our life a bit easier.

Another thing would be integration with WooCommerce, so we could immediatly manage our inventory through online sales.

We couldn't track our inventory through excel and not it works perfectly and we can control what is going in our warehouse extremely precisely. It's a life changing tool.

Decimal number are not accepted which make entry difficult some times

I like the ease of use and the ability to use the app on both my phone and computer and switch between them seamlessly. This application has been an immense help in effectively cataloging and monitoring our inventory system. I like the flexibility in how you can print and display the labels, allowing for deep customization in the appearance and function of printed labels.

Thus far, BoxHero has met my needs perfectly. I'm sure I'm not exploring the entire scope of features, but BoxHero has maintained its efficacy throughout implementation.

BoxHero allows my organization to accurately track incoming/outgoing inventory. We're able to set up low stock alerts and reminders so we're never blindsided by being out of a certain part or piece. We can accurately track our inventory, and allow multiple users at different organizational levels the ability to scan out their material. This has significantly reduced the number of inventory discrepancies.

One reason I have to like BoxHero is because of the easy layout and the intuitive user interface. The software comes coupled with amazing inventory management and has been very helpful. In addition, it supports both computer and mobile use making is even tastier.

With BoxHero, there has not been many challenges.

The software is amazing when it comes to inventory management and asset tracking and I enjoy using it.

The app is straightforward to use. All of its features (especially inventory analysis and low stock reminder) are the most relevant for my work plan. Also, the mobile app is bug-free ... Yeh!!

The analysis feature is very limited. It would be great to have a forecasting module within the App. WIth this, it would move beyond just being a record-keeping app to one that bertter insights on inventory management.

The app solves two things for our company;

a) very conveniently provides realtime access to data, on both desktop and mobile support

b) provides an audit trail for data entry. That any changes on the system can be traced back and resolved.

Best for corporate use. It manages and is maintained well with the inventory.

I have enjoyed BoxHero's ease of use and user-friendly interface. It gives a clear overview of the inventory levels, sales trends, and helps to make informed business decisions by following inventory trends and anticipating needs ahead of time.

I think BoxHero's userbase would benefit from additional pricing tiers to make the platform more widely available to a broader user base. I think some features could be tiered into a Pro plan or something for advanced users not looking for some of the more intricate features.

BoxHero's scanning feature makes inventory management and product stocking in/out a great deal more seamless than any previous manual or terminal-based program.

The pricing is not accurate it should be kept low so everyone can take advantage of this simple to use app.

I can check and manage inventory from my cellphone so I don't need to look through my all parts.

Very basic but easy to use. Bar codes are great and scanning from phone

Only has full items. We need to be able to show decimal points for products like 10.5 metres etc. We are using it until we find a program with fractions

Scanning products in and out is easy. Multiple store locations etc. Able to use job numbers on all products for a project and enter job number in and all products show.

platform is easy to navigate. I like the availability to separate into different areas of inventory as well as to categorize and add pictures to each product.

Very time consuming to enter all of the inventory. Categories may be nice with search options.
