I like everything! I like best because I can have everything that used to be on paper in one place. I can also make folders private or choose who I allow to share them with, which is beyond impressive for privacy or confidential information. I can also have anyone in or outside of our company upload files and documents to the folder of my choosing, which also is great for having someone send confidential information that should not want to be sent over email.

I have not found a downside as of yet! So far we have only solved issues with Box Shield and not encountered them. We have not come across an area we feel has not addressed our needs. Usually I have suggestions or ideas of how to make something better or easier, however, with Box we are crushing our issues!!!

So many problems have been solved with this program! We have moved 18 years' worth of documents into a digital format with Box Shield. We have been able to go completely digital in today's world, which is very important!

We have solved the dilemma of access to documents when working from home. We were thrown into that during the height of the pandemic. At first, we had to keep one person in the office in case someone needed access to something that was not yet digitized. We were able to get everything we needed to be uploaded and in the appropriate folders very quickly. We have storage folders with information clients can also access as needed.

I like that it makes sharing files and documents safer and has a traceability of "who is shared" and "with whom it is shared." It also has content controls that give some freedom and, at the same time, security to make sharing processes inside and outside the company less worrying.

Price is not a negative thing, but it should be evaluated by small and medium-sized companies and related to its possible benefits

It is advantageous to have an extra layer in the security of the files that are shared on the network, especially when they are documents or elements that must have a certain degree of confidentiality, thus avoiding information leakage, duplication or original copies of projects, invoices or any item that must have a limited range of sharing
