The ability to A/B test out of the box has proven to be very valuable for our team at SF Travel. We've found this product easy to use and with a great support team.
There really aren't any down sides. The interface is well designed and intuitive. It currently serves all of our needs,
Bound helps us personalize the site to better serve our customers. The A/B testing functionality is great add-on to help maximize our marketing efforts.
It is easy to set up and syncs with our Terminus audiences, so we can easily target visitors from specific industry verticals or current customers with pop-up offers on our website. Customer support is great. The Google Analytics integration provides enhanced website reporting insights.
It would be great if we could use our html5 ad content as popups (vs recreating them in Bound Web Experiences)
The banner content has been helpful in driving webinar registrations, increasing our inbound leads.

In a post-COVID era layered with Google evolutions, organic search has suffered acutely in our industry. Bound is helping us better connect with the lower but more qualified traffic coming to our site.
The CSMs are probably my favorite thing about Bound. Their detailed reports and constant collaboration on what else we should try based on what's working and what isn't has helped me really push our content to new limits.
I do wish it had more capabilites like segmenting based on SEO searched, or the ability to do certain things without a developer.

Bound is very easy to use and set up the customized experiences for your website visitors. Tying in personalized content from what you currently know about your customers to guide their visit and journey with your brand. You can pull in information from your CRM for these customizations and attribute the visit to the source of the visit. The Bound team are experts at assisting in setting these experiences up for Bound users and are always willing to jump on a call to talk through recommended solutions.
Not nessarily a dislike but the backend of the Bound integration can be a little code complex where you would need someone with a deeper technical knowledge to integrate correctly or work directly with the Bound team for successful implementation.
Bound is helping brands connect their customers website visit with the overall customer journey with the brand leveraging the known information that the brand has collected about those customers to deliver highly customized web experiences with pop up windows, overlays, and full site takeovers.
