I can't say there is anything I dislike about this.

I have used Bounce Rental Solutions, both with a former business and now with my current company, Galaxy Bounce Party Rentals. for over five years now, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to switch from a paper-based to electronic system. The simplicity of getting up and running and the flat-rate pricing made it an easy choice, especially at the monthly rate they offer. You can set up your products and categories extremely fast and make edits to them on the fly, and they are instant.

They provide several key features that I really found valuable to my business:

It is extremely easy to use. A lot of the other software companies we demo'd had a home page when you logged in that was just intimidating. Bounce Rental Solutions just looks and feels smoother.

I think it would be cool if the software had an app for your phone but from what I remember most of the other one's did not either. We just login in to our web browser on our phones, no big deal.

My gosh... being able to have customers book online themselves saved us tons of time. The ability for customer to pay online also saved us tons of time. And, most importantly, being able to easily manage our inventory is worth its weight in gold.
