What do you like best about Boulevard?

Boulevard is a fully-integrated business management platform that handles everything from scheduling to the point of sale. The front office uses it for our multiple location spa's spanning two states to calculate commissions, pull statistics, and schedule appointments. My CPA uses it pulls reports and class track our data for sales. It pulls every report imaginable!

What do you dislike about Boulevard?

Nothing. I haven;t had any problems with Boulevard

Boulevard has made many tasks within the business that used to be disjointed more cohesive. Instead of multiple platforms we use only Boulevard saving money and aggrevation.

What do you like best about Boulevard?

I've used many booking apps and Boulevard has by far been the most efficient and user-friendly I've worked with.

What do you dislike about Boulevard?

If there's one thing I could change it would be that while accessing it on my phone, wish I could see the full services booked. For example. I am unable to see the finishing service if booked for a full balayage and haircut.

It's has been the most efficient point of sale, scheduler, and all aspects are extremely user friendly.

What do you like best about Boulevard?

I love how Boulevard is customizable for any client, service, or provider. The reports are detailed, they allow you to customize permissions for different classes of employees, which is very helpful to preserve privacy, and it is extremely user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Boulevard?

It can be challenging for new users at first because there are so many options, but after a day or two, it's easy to pick up. Plus, they offer training guides that are so helpful for new receptionists.

What problems is Boulevard solving and how is that benefiting you?

We solve the problem of custom pricing per client with Boulevard. No more guessing what they paid previously or remembering their price. Boulevard lets you set custom prices per client and remembers them for next time.

The customer service is amazing and it's so user-friendly and ahead of the curve. So many great features.

Nothing. So far it has exceeded my expectations.

Chair rental is easier with Boulevard, so many helpful and customizable feautures so that everyone can share the system for check out, even chair renters.

I think the support is what I love best. Customer service works diligently to make sure your problem is resolved and your questions answered.

What do you dislike about Boulevard?

I wish the plateform for marketing was a little easier to use. It took me a minute to find where I could link up our Mailchimp.

It's easy for staff to use and it's easy for management to view appointments and how we are doing in business.

What do you like best about Boulevard?

Convenience, simplicity, ease for guests to schedule online, easy to train and I love the new training videos that are provided. The fact there is a "help chat" that ANY employee can use to reachout about BLVD questiosn is so so so amazing. We used to always have outages with our old system and that has no happened once with BLVD. Its amazing to know that I can view the schedule from anywhere AND that the system is reliable. Further more I believe the online booking (which is now available via instagram) has helped us get so many new younger guests in our salon.

What do you dislike about Boulevard?

I hate that the business charge is unable to be a specific % instead of a dollar amount. The way we do our commission pay out is: Guest pays $200.00, 10% comes off the top for our business charge and then we do the service provider comission split. I had to create a xcel document to input all of the subtotal service amounts for each employee into every time I do payroll to figure out with their commission pay out is. I also wish there was a way to run a report that showed the total of all employee hours combined so that I can easily double check that my payroll control totals are correct.

What problems is Boulevard solving and how is that benefiting you?

BLVD has been working with one of the Co-Owners of the salon to better understand our daily reporting and card transaction fee's not matching. They have done a lot to help him reconcile. I havent heard him speak on it in a while so I think it might be solved? They definently have gone above and beyond to make sure we felt heard. We have had zoom meetings, phone confrences and emails back and forth to solve this issue. It is nice to know they care. BLVD is also helping us with a guest that disputed a charge on false claims. I was able to submit evidence and had BLVD check in with me several times to update on how the process is going. This is huge for a small business, I truly feel like we have a team of people on our side to back us up when we need it. Instead of just some platform that hosts our booking needs.
