Boulevard is a fully-integrated business management platform that handles everything from scheduling to the point of sale. The front office uses it for our multiple location spa's spanning two states to calculate commissions, pull statistics, and schedule appointments. My CPA uses it pulls reports and class track our data for sales. It pulls every report imaginable!
Nothing. I haven;t had any problems with Boulevard
Boulevard has made many tasks within the business that used to be disjointed more cohesive. Instead of multiple platforms we use only Boulevard saving money and aggrevation.

Convenience, simplicity, ease for guests to schedule online, easy to train and I love the new training videos that are provided. The fact there is a "help chat" that ANY employee can use to reachout about BLVD questiosn is so so so amazing. We used to always have outages with our old system and that has no happened once with BLVD. Its amazing to know that I can view the schedule from anywhere AND that the system is reliable. Further more I believe the online booking (which is now available via instagram) has helped us get so many new younger guests in our salon.
I hate that the business charge is unable to be a specific % instead of a dollar amount. The way we do our commission pay out is: Guest pays $200.00, 10% comes off the top for our business charge and then we do the service provider comission split. I had to create a xcel document to input all of the subtotal service amounts for each employee into every time I do payroll to figure out with their commission pay out is. I also wish there was a way to run a report that showed the total of all employee hours combined so that I can easily double check that my payroll control totals are correct.
BLVD has been working with one of the Co-Owners of the salon to better understand our daily reporting and card transaction fee's not matching. They have done a lot to help him reconcile. I havent heard him speak on it in a while so I think it might be solved? They definently have gone above and beyond to make sure we felt heard. We have had zoom meetings, phone confrences and emails back and forth to solve this issue. It is nice to know they care. BLVD is also helping us with a guest that disputed a charge on false claims. I was able to submit evidence and had BLVD check in with me several times to update on how the process is going. This is huge for a small business, I truly feel like we have a team of people on our side to back us up when we need it. Instead of just some platform that hosts our booking needs.
