I personally liked the green and white user-friendly interface of Botspace. With automated bots, it has become possible to send mass whatsapp messages / replies at once in not more than few clicks. Configuring the API automation is not very difficult. Moreover, reports generated are simplified.

Some queries needs to be updated and whenever user types different which is not understandable by the bot, it breaks and starts from first. this can be improved
