It works, but it's lower cost than most other options. Easy to use, and get set-up - got my first campaign going in ~15 min.

Newer product, so doesn't have ever feature/edge case covered, but for the most part I don't need that (just need to basics anyway)

Workflows are customizable and easy to set up and monitor. And most importantly - your network grows in the right direction, starting new conversations while you're busy doing other things.

Super easy to set up and then it just runs - great product with a price tag that's more than fair. Also CS was always helpful and quick to reply. Had to stop sales for now due to too many customer requests, will be back soon hopefully :)

When I started using Botdog, excluding certain leads from automated messaging was possible but not 100% straightforward. I think this is fixed now though

Simplicity, price - it's easy to use as opposed as many automation tools

As it's really simple, you can't do more advanced stuff like scrapping profiles etc.
