What do you like best about Botco.ai?

Botco.ai enables instant response to consumer questions and convert more website traffic. We can customize chat interactions based on different campaigns and channels, allowing us to provide personalized and relevant information that leads to more booked appointments and memberships. We love that it integrates easily with our other platforms like content management and social media. The Botco.ai team is extremely supportive and has our business goals at the forefront. They provide a very detailed dashboard that presents conversation transcripts and performance data.

What do you dislike about Botco.ai?

No dislikes - platform capabilities and support are excellent.

What do you like best about Botco.ai?

Botco.ai has enabled us to engage and convert more website traffic into clients through 24/7 intelligent chat. We're able to customize the conversation flow and provide comprehensive information on all our communities. The ease of use for our potential clients and convenience of 24/7 access to information and scheduling options has increased leads, community tours and new move-ins. In addition to the influx of sales activity, our careers-specific chatbot has improved our recruitment efforts by engaging applicants for jobs and volunteer opportunities. The simple integration with our EHR has ensured all data is safely and securely stored and has saved a significant amount of time and labor. Behind the scenes, Botco.ai's dashboard analytics provide insights into customer behavior and needs and have even helped uncover areas for expansion. Botco.ai's customer experience team has been very supportive and focused on helping us achieve our business goals and we appreciate their support in building effective, yet personable, chatbots.

What do you dislike about Botco.ai?

We're looking forward to upcoming improvements to the dashboard which will give us further insight to help optimize the customer experience. Improvements to the integration with our EHR will also help our admissions teams have all relevant data in hand to aid in responding to customer inquiries quickly and appropriately.

What problems is Botco.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to engage with potential customers both during and outside of business hours has eliminated the need for additional manpower while increasing leads by 300% or more.
