What do you like best about Bot Shreyasi?

Bot Shreyasi has helped us in bringing down the time we take to hire employees in the company. It reduces the workload that my HR team spend their time on sourcing, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews for the organization.

What do you dislike about Bot Shreyasi?

Bot Shreyasi doesn’t fully work with the current applicant tracking system (ATS). This leads to extra time and work to complete because candidate data is loaded into one platform and then has to be manually moved to another.

What problems is Bot Shreyasi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bot Shreyasi helps to reduce the amount of time recruiters spend on administrative work by automating many tasks related to recruitment. This enables my HR team to attend to other important strategic factors like Talent Management with our potential employees.

What do you like best about Bot Shreyasi?

I was able to using some specific automated messages and the capability of scheduling interviews. Bot Shreyasi’s first proposition was the capability of the program to automate the entire hiring procedure.

What do you dislike about Bot Shreyasi?

I discovered that they were not very flexible to my requirements. Bot Shreyasi are quite restricted. Difficulty being made to interviews or the evaluation of candidates also demanded a lot of manual effort, negating the need for automation.

What problems is Bot Shreyasi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bot Shreyasi did at one point automate simple recruiting processes such as scheduling and messaging. It allowed for more efficiency as I was able to concentrate on more crucial stages of the recruitment process.
